Got some crystal tonight, and I can honestly say it's the closest to the days of old. FAR better than those diamonds. Would recommend sourcing over pills. Find it strange that a lot of people can't differentiate between the qualities of the synthing methods. Missing, go for the crystal.
 
had a green 140 tonight just before my tea at 8pm feel pretty ace still, did take a while to get going though probably cos of my tea.

I had, lol, still got 3 which I'm guarding, some pumas...people say they're strong, and they are good pills, but I neeed to double drop them for what I expect of a good MD sesh....

crystal I've not had for a few years, but would always start at 180 to be "safe" and regret not going higher...200-250 is a good starting dose, IF you have a tolerance and know what's comin...=D

The guy who posted about 250mg is "oldskool" (sorry nomy:p) and probably started taking pills when you could expect to be pretty floored by one or two.

Must say I wasn't that interested in the crystal earlier in the year when all that grey stuff was about, I remember some batches of grey crystal round SW in 2004, never really did it for me, but some of this latest shiny almost transparent stuff going about now looks reallly nice shit,fancy tryin a bit now...%)
 
yer i normally start with 0.2 dose with 0.15 top ups, been on a break since bestival in september, will wait till christmas time or new years eve for the next session, hopefully will hit me hard and i'll be spangled, had been hitting it quite hard over the summer

Had white Crowns which could be AKA Rolex's about 1.5 year ago or so and them was nasty! The nastiest I've ever had for non-MDMA pills! Ended up on my own in the middle of a kitchen floor on my honkers drinking straight vodka to make it all go away but had to ride it out until it ended. Crown's have three sticky out bits and Rolex have 5 if I'm right?
P.S. Actually, think they were Rolex's I had
 
The drink got the better of me and after 3 X large bottles of Guinness Extra Stout and half a bottle of wine I popped half a blue (thought they looked purple @ first) Diamond/Saphire @ 2:25AM. Interested to see effects after half. Pills look good, taste good (as in horrible) and smell beautiful (you know that smell). Will be consuming 3 or more for LCD next weekend and looking forward to it!!!

Oi, it wasn't me who suggested 250mg, or are you suggesting I'm OLD(skool)? Banged to rights there then :)

I've certainly had some good pills and crystal in my time, but I have to admit to being pretty mullered off 2 of the new VW's. It was missing the euphoria of old, but that could be an age thing. Probably is.

On that topic, there is still this debate rumbling on in the background about relative strengths and purity of new pills/crystal v old pre-drought ones. I know missing old pills is aware of this. I would love to hear more opinions on this from some of the more experienced and knowledgeable chemists amongst us. New synths? sassafras replacement? I dunno, but people need to know whether this new stuff is indeed the same as old. Personally, as long as I get mullered, I'm happy. The euphoric, magic experiences I had were really confined to the first few times if I'm honest. Now for me, it's a happy, mullered, comfortably numb feeling, but I still get the empathy too. Good enough, but is it the same?

Chatative...please tell us how your first experience goes. Euphoric? Or just happy and fucked?

I started with a 230 bomb on Friday @ Ministry and that wasn't nearly enough. I probably will start with 400 next time. Ended up caining over a gram and only briefly entered the eye-wiggle zone. Was fucking amazing shit though I just got high tolerance. Didn't chew my face off either. With MDMA you gotta go hard at the beginning, I'm convinced that all the dabbing I did afterwards was a total waste of time.
 
400mg bomber of MD is ridiculous for going clubbing mate. That's like dropping 3 or 4 pills at once. Who the fuck does that when clubbing? I used to do shit like that if I was intending rolling around a living room floor trying to eat my own face, but that sort of nick in a club just isn't fun for me anymore.

lol sorry nomy, I just looked back and it was in fact been head, who is also OLD(skool)...I seem to get more easily confused as the years pass :\

You were much more conservative 120-150mg :D
 
Tried that crystal I got last night (its the golden/white stuff). Unsure as to exact measurements, but I think started with about a 150mg bomb. Came up hard and quick. Was wonderful. I'd only just got into all this right before the drought. And I can honestly say this stuff is just as good as the first stuff I ever got maybe two years ago. So I think it may be a case of nostalgia that's making a lot of you 'old timers' question any difference in quality.

Did the usual mistake of not bringing enough out with us. So only topped up after a few hours with was probably only a 70mg little bomb, which didn't really bring about any more 'waves'. Was going for a good 5 hours though. And absolutely no comedown. Slept well. And got that nice feeling of contentment today.

i no exactly what you mean by regreting doing any bomb less than 250mg im always dissapointed if i do less.

i also double drop most of the recent mdma pills as well. i think ive "lost the magic" with mdma tbh. 250mg bombs of proper mdma get me fucked but not in the way it used to, i havnt felt the need to hug everyone that i meet for quite a few years. mdma used to make me feel way more "loved up" than it does now, which for me was what it was all about.
