I'm going this three day event soon, and I need to know the best ways to get the most out of my rolls. I'm guessing by the second and third the roll won't hit you as hard. I was planning on taking 2 a day so I can roll the whole day before its time to leave later that night. But if thats a bad idea then what should I do so it'll last and I can still feel the same thing each day? Is there anything I should take after wards before the next day comes like the 5-htp or whatever (haven't tried it yet), vitamins, something? I don't want to feel like I'm cracked out or have just a "tickle" because that'll be a complete waste and just have me depressed for not being able to be on a good tip hahah.
