where do 25mg librium and .25mg halcion fall in the grand scheme of benzos? i have to take 60mg valium to feel anything, or 5mg of xanax, or 6mg of klonopin, or 7mg of ativan and i can never seem to cop a buzz from restoril no matter how much i take. i have a friend thats gonna give me some halcion and librium at work and i wanna eat some when i get them but i know that with benzos you can go from mellow to utterly fucked up with just 1 too many pills and i dont wanna take too little and waist it by not feeling it, but at the same time i don't want to drool on myself at work
 
if you combine both of them it would be equal to about 2mg alprazolam or clonazepam but possibly more sedating from the hypnotic triazolam.
 
it's up to you ,i thought you meant you only had one of each.. that's why i gave the answer i did lol,
the halcion is going to be the more enjoyable one out of the two.

EDIT: either way 1 pill of either is equal to about .5mg aplraz/clonaz but combined i think they would double their potency. (or at least think it would so you're on the safe side)
 
im getting ten of each, is librium more like restoril in that it's kinda weaker? and if i take 2 of the halcion is it just gonna ko me or will my benzo tolerance prevent it?
 
Ive been taking valium after using xanax and 60mg was not even close to even 2mg of xanax so the coversion is wrong or am i just wierd cause im going to try again but usualy 3mg of xanax is good but 60mg of valium did NOTHING so why is that should i even try more.

he's getting 10 of each.. not just one (like i thought in the beginning) so he could get something out of them if he doses right.

1mg triazolam and 50mg librium should get him high, though i would start with just the triazolam and use librium if you feel you need it.

one I didn't mention because it's rarely Prescribed in the States and is used for pre-op anxiety is:

Midazolam 2–5 (IV) 1–3 mg(approx.dose equivalent to 5 mg intravenous Diazepam)

Remember benzos have different properties ie ratio of binding to gaba1 and gaba2 so the high will vary. Careful of polybenzodiazepine use especially Halcion as amnesia is possible. Hope this chart helps!
 
those charts are nonsense for recreational use. especially that one. 2mg of ativan to equal 5mg of valium? you'd be twice as fucked-up on that much ativan. IME, halcion is extremely similar to xanax, but 3 or 4x more potent. kicks in faster, doesn't last as long. i dont know anything about librium.

combining benzos is not like mixing two different cns depressants. the just add to each other, just like you were only using one but in the equivalent dose.

Yea this chart is not very accurate. .5mg of alprazolam is equal to 10mg of diazepam or 1mg of lorazepam. And while most charts state that .25mg of triazolam is equal to .5mg of alprazolam, it is anywhere from 4-8x the potency of alprazolam, so obviously none of these dosage conversions mean anything when pertaining to recreational dosages (to a certain degree at least). All benzos have their own unique effects at certain doses.
 
i took valium for a presentation a while back but i was pretty conscious that i'd taken it and i ended up more nervous than i would've been otherwise. pointless piece of information? probably.

yea a little considering the question was about librium and halcion, if you read the question i asked how these 2 drugs compare to valium. (i'm not tryin to be a prick just callin it like i see it)
