Benzos Tranxene?

I was given a few 22.5mg Tranxene and i was wondering before i take em how would one of these compare to other benzos like a 10mg Valium or a 2mg klonopin, or is it extremely weak like temazepam?
 
I found clorazepate to only be enjoyable when mixed with other benzos; on it's own, I found that it is most like chlordiazepoxide (minimal recreational potential). Temazepam would almost certainly be stronger and more enjoyable to almost everyone.

Compared to the benzos you mention, I feel that clorazepate is not in the same league.
 
so tranxene is closer 2 temazepam then other benzos (i.e. diazepam, xanax, klonopin, ativan.)? is what i gather sound about rite?
 
^No, temazepam is quite different. Tranxene (clorazepate) is a classical benzo so it is more related to alprazolam and diazepam than temazepam (closer to diazepam)... The effects are not as strong as most of the benzos that are commonly abused though, and that is what I was getting at with my last post.

I should note that temazepam is generally regarded as one of the better benzos, especially in the UK and Australia...

What I meant by this, is that I don't believe there will ever be a need for a 22.5mg tablet of alprazolam, clonazepam, or any other relatively potent benzodiazepine.

The comparison of benzo's subjective effects is separate and not connected to potency.

I know this is a very old thread but I bumped into this as I was researching some other benzo. So wait kids, before you do as this person says. I am a benzo user,r egularly, since 2007. I am doing fine with no cognitive deficits and all because I follow the scripts cos I never ever want to feel like the couple times where i couldnt refill, hospitals wouldnt help me, and I almost died from w/d.

I'm used to take around 35mg of valium a day. Temazepam has always been the most euphoric benzo I ever had, for insomnia. Americans have lame dosages of temazepam, in canada we have 15 (lame), but the beautiful blue and pink gelcaps with 30mg...my god they are strong, first times i had it it was the only benzo giving me euphorica close to alcohol but without the bad side effects. 90mg and I had trouble going back into bed with my gf of then. I was sleeping in her bed but I had to go over her to get to my place in the bed and i almost tripped on her and she was like are you okay ? are you od'ing ?

i sure wasn't but temazepam is the only med that made it possible for me to work at night and endure sleeping during the day. That was years ago now and I would be hard pressed to be scripted something different than valium now. That was before I had the red flag of methadone user on me...
 
Oblivion - I know you bumped this out of good jest and to stop people harming themelves, but most of what you've written is illegible. I think the point he's trying to get across is that 150mg is an insanely high dose for anyone and should be attempted.

Well I can make sense of what I'm saying here, it just shows I was probably very stoned on weed and I already am a MMT patient who is allowed to use valium...so yeah. :p
