No, the injectable form isn't available OTC. I was just pointing out that the idea of injecting the drug itself isn't particularly bizarre.

And when it comes to OTC preparations, people use them for a lot of different reasons so knowing what they want them for can help clarify alternatives.

i'v had a large dose of diphenhydramine I.V.'ed in the emeregency room when i had an allergic reaction to something, Jesus this shit is weird when shot into your veins. there was actually a "rush" of the deliriant side effects and after it wore off the nurse said that i requested a "a turtle and a copy of the time".

seriously you don't want to shoot the stuff.
