I just moved from Seattle to Jersey a week ago and I was wondering what there is to do in the nightlife here. I live in Secaucus and was hoping to find something to do near this area.

Hoboken is really cool, AC is really trashy but cool if you have the gamblin' bug and probably if you want to score something. I'm pretty sure you can camp out in Pine Barrens park in South Jersey. Jersey Shore is always there, Seaside Heights is a big town for the shore i think, but i spent a weekend in Long Beach Island that was phenomenal. You can see where Alexander Hamilton got shot by Aaron Burr in a little park in Weehauken and get a sick view of the city. You also have an unlimited amount of kickass diners at your disposal and WHITE CASTLES.

nom you make it sound like white castles is special or rare

thats the nastiest shit ever, i dont care how fucked up you are

thiknk about it, if it was a regular sized buger and not a bite would you still eat it? hell no you wouldnt

no one would ever eat that shit if it was the size of a whopper or big mac

Hoboken for bars, nightlife, etc. Hoboken is badass. And you aren't that far at all.

NYC is cool too. Depending if you have ever been there before, the usual sights. If you have done some wandering around NYC, check out downtown (SoHo, Village, etc) for good shopping and good people.

Go down the shore maybe? Point Pleasant, LBI, Sandy Hook are nice, more family orientated. Seaside Heights and Wildwood are the crazy high-school/college party spots. Atlantic City is alright too.

Places to go hiking and nature walks up North Jersey near the NY state border.

I used to live pretty damn close to Secaucus. If you have any questions about anything local, give me a shout.

you can go get a cake from the cake boss or go get a ripper from that hot dog place

then you can go find the situation and jwow and get your fist pump on

the palisades by the gw is nice. i'm sure you can find some people on here that would want to show you around. train tracks are fun, so are the high ways and taking the trains (path, light rail) if your into industrial/that kind of stuff. in the city i'd recommend museums and what not.
