Questions concerning IV administration of MDMA

I have become interested in IV administration of MDMA.

I have many different Diabetes supplies that I could use to administer the MDMA intravenously. The powder that I get is very fine, white as snow, and indeed looks to be a crystalline powder; it's taste is very bitter and distinct and it is what MDMA is supposed to taste like. Every time I have rolled, it has been with this powder from the same supplier (Which happens to come from a store in my city that constantly has MDMA available, so I assume it is made in a lab). I have not tested the powder with a testing kit, but every time my friends and I have consumed a capsule with ~100mg of this powder, we all have experienced effects and side effects brought on only by MDMA. One of my friends rolled very hard, even though some of the powder fell out of her capsule (she cut a little bit of it to taste test it, then the capsule fell on it's side; she had a little more than half a capsule that she consumed, and she felt the MDMA come on strong). I also have a milligram scale to properly measure out the doses for injection.

So if I was to decide to inject said powder, I have some questions concerning it.

1. Should I get a testing kit and test the powder to ensure that MDMA is present in the powder?
2. Should he do and acetone wash to further clean the powder?
3. I have used from 100mg of this powder to about 300mg of the powder; all times orally. What would approximately be a good starting dose for IV administration, if my preferred oral dose is around 150 mg?
4. What is the proper way of dissolving the MDMA powder into a solvent? I have heard of anywhere from dissolving it into water in a spoon by adding heat, to just mixing it with water.
5. Would a 2 ml syringe be sufficient for dissolving x amount of MDMA?

Any input or advice from people who have tried IVing MDMA is greatly appreciated!
 
Definitely use a test kit.........no ifs buts or maybes

Acetone wash will only remove caffeine, nothing else.

From my understanding there are very large risks involved with using powedrs or smashed up pil;ls. I believe a micron filter will be necessary and Im not sure but maybe even that is not good enough, however I expect others can chime in there.
Reports on Erowid suggest that this is not a fun method and can be extremely overwhelming therefore if you really feel you have to do this then start slowly.

I cant help with the rest.

Basically from reports I have read here and elsewhere, its not a great idea and doesnt seem to have the desired results. Probably why its rarely done.

I strongly urge that you read up as much as possible both here in The Directory where there are numerous threads available and also at erowid.

No matter what you do............DO NOT rush into the idea without knowing exactly what yourt getting yourself into and DO NOT do this alone.
 
Thank you for your input MazDan, I have been researching the IV method, and plan on continuing to do so before making any decisions.

And burn2shine, I live in the US, Tennessee to be exact.
 
You buy it from a store in the US?

Are you sure you are not buying a Legal Ex substitute?
 
It is sold illegally at the store. They sell it under the table. I'm 99% sure it's pure MDMA.
 
wait, do you have diabetes? bc you said you have the supplies. if so, im no doctor but i wouldnt think it would be safe to even do mdma normally if you have it.

Yes. Like MazDan said, no if buts or maybes - buy a testing kit. Even if you don't end up IVing it, you'll be thankful you bought a testing kit.

Yes. Acetone Washing the MDMA will not only clean out some of the caffeine, but will also remove some other miscellaneous impurities in the substance.

Start small and work your way up - don't rush. I'd advise starting at around 30mg and working your way (slowly!) up to around 70 or so mgs max.

There is a Megathread somewhere (I think in Other Drugs?) which explains the proper way to IV a substance. MDMA dissolves in water, so I recon if you use water (note - it should be distilled/clean water, not tap wateR) it should work fine.

Yes.

Keep in mind that MDMA is not a substance people normally IV, which is for three reasons. 1) MDMA is notoriously cut to shit. Most drugs are cut, but MDMA is generally cut with other active drugs which will/may produce psychoactive effects, while drugs like Coke are generally cut with just fillers. 2) MDMA is not sold as a drug to be IVed. Meaning (and this pretty much sums up what I said in the last sentence) it will be cut with a whole array of things which could be deadly upon injection. People don't cut drugs that are commonly IVed with some of the things that MDMA is cut with because they don't want their customers dying, and them getting a bad rep. 3) MDMA's effects upon injection - from the reports I've read - have stated that it may be too intense, and you may not have a good time. This is why I suggested you start small and work your way up.

Whatever you do though, don't rush. I too have though about IV MDMA, but I thought about it and decided against doing it. Whatever you do, good luck and stay safe :D
 
Kdazed is right on and saved me a super long post!! ;) Personally I'd start at 50mgs and work your way up. I also want to note that I get a KILLER headache when I shoot MDMA. Not sure if that's normal, but I figured I'd mention it at least. I'd also question buying it at a store. Test kit for sure -- I'd be real sure that's MDMA before you slam anything. I'd even go as far as to say pay for the $140 to send it in to ecstasydata.org. You want to be absolutely sure that what you're doing is MDMA.

And pnut3844, yes you can really do any recreational drug with Type 1 Diabetes. You just have to keep track of your blood sugar while on a drug, because if say you were tripping on LSD and your blood sugar got very low, it would not be good at all. If you get high blood sugar during a trip, it wouldn't be that bad at all though. High blood sugar is bad for you, but mainly just in the long run (if it's consistently high), but if your blood sugar got too low and you're unable to correct it fast enough, you could have a seizure and even die. But plenty of my friends from Diabetes camp have done MDMA, LSD, Mushrooms, and other drugs, and they are all fine.
 
Haha how bad is the headache usually? When I took 300 mg of molly, I had a real bad headache for a week. But one thing that I think worsened the comedown was that I took the last 100 mg at the very start of the comedown, so by the time my stomach absorbed it, I had for the most part comedown. Very bad decision of mine.
