Opioids PM - Switching from Oxymorphone and Zoloft to Subutex

definitely. but most people arent aware of anything other than suboxone or subutex(and sometimes not even subutex)....so its always good to let them knwo that these drugs do exist in forms purely for paink killing and nothing else.

The more you know.....

I am aware of Buprenex and Temgesic, but it's 6 one way, half dozen the other since I have experienced these drugs and I can say that it would take 3-4 Tamgesic pills (.3mg) to satiate my pain, so I am just shooting for one half to one full subutex/ day.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions and advice. I really appreciate it.
 
^ya, you can break down bupe to doses that would fit buprenex and temgesic.....so its the same thing....

just more in one tab, for even less ( i would assume )
 
OK, seven days until I see the good (hopefully) doctor. I'm starting to get a little nervous (anxiety/ panic disorder kicking in) and I'm wondering if there is any last-minute advice anyone may have for me.
UPDATE - I have completely tapered off my Zoloft now and feel about the same, which is to say, pretty moderately depressed most of the time (especially if I'm not on opiates or really high dose benzos)
I'm going into this with a positive attitude, but I don't know how this will turn out. Obviously, none of you do either, but I'm really hoping I can stop this rollercoaster of up and downs, get off the full-agonist pain meds, and get my shit together.
