yes this is cementing my impression that 2c-d is my favorite psychedelic these days. i like it for it's groundedness and practicality -- not a lot of analysis and abstractions, no flights in lurid heights of mania, no ego games, just a brief foray into psychedelia for a few hours

i am getting some very unusual aural effects tonight, some almost nitrous like strobing of audio, and i find i cant listen to music, quite unusual for me on psychs

body wise it's bordering on the unpleasant, but as far as everything else goes, way worth it

IM 40mg was easily stronger than 80mg oral visually probably on the order of 120-150mg

i think this is the superior way of taking this drug ... nausea was no fun though
 
I <3 2C-D as well. One of my favorite psychedelics. :)

I'm eating taco bell, drinking a beer, and watching The Big Lebowski. About to smoke a bowl, feelin' pretty good. :D

I'm thinking of taking some 2C-D and amphetamine sometime; I've heard it's an amazing combo and I have an affinity for the latter. I don't have much 2C-D to play with on it's own so I have to use it synergistically. I'm thinking 30mg 2C-D and 15mg amphetamine would be a nice tester.

Went out for dinner with my aunt; I'm mildly drunk. I think I'm going to smoke some hash. :)
 
30mg 2cd/15mg amp would probably be underwhelming

take at least 60mg of the 2cd

it is a lovely combination. taken orally by its lonesome 2c-d is a waste of great molecules. orally with amphetamine it realizes its full potential

and as i am disocvering tonight, IM'd, it is quite remarkable by itself

i suppose all of my posts should come with the disclaimer that i am 200lbs and have the tolerance of a wild boar when it comes to phenethylamines in particular (2cb doenst do much under 30mg for instance)
 
I've been hyper-sensitive to pretty much all substances since I quite benzos a while back, so I can be a temporary member of the little girls club until I get my chops back. :D

But seriously, I used to have the tolerance of a Dr. Nichols' lab monkey. Nowadays I can't tolerate much at all.
 
back from a wonderful holiday in which i have realised that England isn't for me, so i need to learn to speak french and plan how I will eventually move out there. The climate, the culture, the slow un-hectic pace of life, the food, the women, the leftist revolutionary "the government can't tell us what to do" attitude of the people etc etc all have given me something to work towards. I got some nice photos which I'll probably post tomorrow but yeah... usually depressed after holidays but I've come back to a rough plan to break away from my mundane life, so, for the time being at least, I'm feeling pretty good :)

in retrospect 40mg IM of 2C-D was probably excessive

i chose that dose because it was all I had left in the stash, and i knew it wouldnt be enough orally

it's a good thing that 2C-D is such a psychologically gentle drug, because I got much further out than I expected ... I haven't gotten OEV that strong outside of LSD+DMT ...

on the body it was a bit abrasive ... worth it i think

but it is at least 3x the potency of oral done that way if not more ... pretty impressive.

i would be curious to revisit the experience perhaps at half the dose ... not to say i wouldnt take this same dose again but yeah, there is a bit of vomiting, jaw-clenching, and tremulousness that i could do without ... but i havent had so visuall gorgeous an experience in some while
 
5 minutes to first alert, maybe a further 20 minute ride to a half-hour peak, another half hour of solid tripping then fairly steep decline into a stimulated sort of sobriety

I do think the vomiting was caused by the fast come up

The ROA was pretty essential to the experience, though, i doubt i could've replicated the intensity by taking any dose of the same compound orally (although i have yet to try it in the 120-150mg range ... and would be reluctant to for economic reasons)
