Visualizers

MK, try out the original Magnetosphere plugin for iTunes... it is alot more delicate looking, and EXTREMELY responsive to major and even minor changes in the music, unlike Apple's modified version.

VERY different feel... I bet you will like it!!!

NOTE: first try at installation failed for some reason, but Windows Installer asked if I wanted to try again using I think the provided settings of the install directory, where the other iTunes plugins go I think and it worked... Magnetosphere is now one of the listed visualizers and, like I said, it looks and works ALOT better than Apple's rather heavy and klunky feeling version.

It has lots of cool visualizers and even some random pictures that pop up. Fav to date while tripping, yet once I get my hands on another psych ill definatley try milkdrop one
 
quick question. electric sheep is a screensaver of sorts right? and as such it doesnt react to music does it? or am i doing it all wrong

and in regard to visualisations id just wish i didnt have to install itunes to get magnetosphere, as i really really hate it. as such, milkdrop is my choice so far
 
Correct - electric sheep is not music reactive... and the sheep download takes a lot of bandwidth... and the sheep are piss poor quality videos if you have an HD monitor.
 
your right electric sheep is'nt music reactive but i still believe that it has a lot better visualizations then other programs
 
it does look beautiful though.... apprently you can render hd versions of the sheep you like if you get some program and do it on your own... seems a bit too much work really...

after a few beers they do seem music reactive though :P
 
Yeah, when I'm tripping out electric sheep looks like its going to music, even though I know it isn't.

Comes with WinAMP which is much better than Windows Media Player anyway.

When the music starts playing, click the visualization tab, then right-click and left click fullscreen and buckle down for the ride :)

Edit: these visuals are sick! WAY better than the shit ive been using!

It is...without a doubt...amazing.

Is a fully immersive experience
 
hmm those drempels look a bit dated though.. 2005 ... do they work in windows 7? (cant test right now...)

argh, im addicted to electrisc sheep now... though has anyone else been experiencing random reboots?
