Misc best legal drugs/herbs to deal with anxiety?

Keep in mind im looking for something strong. The best Ive found is phenibut. Kava is also good. Valerian is too weak. Does anyone know about mulungu? im looking for something that is similar to phenibut. thanks

Curious why you said something similar to Phenibut? Why not take Phenibut?Tolerance or cost maybe? I'd be interested to know your experience of Phenibut if you have any.

I've tried loads of herbs and natural approaches to (social) anxiety and none have worked particularly well.

I've just seen on another thread two mentioned I haven't heard of before which might be worth checking out: "Rhodiola rosea" and "Ashwaghanda"
