natural supplements?

Just wondering what you guys think are some good natural supplements to help with the negative effects after a few weeks of heavy mdma usage? Been a couple days now since i last rolled and i am so drained and tired, any suggestions?
 
B-vitamins, antioxidants, tyrptophan (just eat chocolate and peanuts), 5htp, sleep.
 
good reply, i always chuck in a powerade too the extra salts nd electrolytes really come in handy in boosting the body back
 
5htp but for no more than a week, tryptophan, GABA, piracetam, tyrosine, b vitamins/multi vitamin.
 
5-htp is the most recommended come-down supplement- but yes, sleep! I take valerian to help me stay asleep- I get body jolts in the middle of the night after doing MDMA, and valerian helps keep me asleep better.
 
Healthy food (not heavily processed), water and exercise are without doubt the best ‘natural’ remedies.
 
Since you are in Montreal, if weather permit, fresh air, a lot of sun, nature, and yes eat healty.
 
Cold Orange Pedialyte (the baby stuff)! I never roll without it. Sounds strange but before, during. and the day after, that stuff is great for me...

If your rolling safely you shouldnt need it - Pedialyte is used to rehydrate your body due to fluid loss. Simply stay hydrated :)
