I never experienced any type of withdrawal like it. Took 8 hours to kick in after my last shot. I was shooting up 5mg IRs. If you ever cold turkeyed oxy there;s like a timeline of symptoms. From my experience the worse starts on day 2. Well day 2 was nothing comared to the 8th hour of opana WD. 14 hours of straight vomiting. I had nothing to vomit and I am assuming it was bile acids that were coming up but it was yellow and burned coming out. Diarrhea was the same. I can't imagine how dehydrated I was. I had a suboxone but couldn't take it due to the vomitting.

Anyway, I highly advise do not fuck with Opana. I did the conversion on the narc converter and it said 5mg IV is equivelant to 150-300mgs oxycodone PO (oral). I was on a 5 day run IV'ing them and the experience was bad enough I don't care how sick I am if someone offers me an Opana I won't take it.

Opana has got to be the worst of all the opiates out there. It is sent straight from the devil himself. I literally thought I was going to die. No depression or anxiety. Mentally I almost felt normal but physically I thought I was a goner. Never again. It was if I was poisoned or something. It was THE worst experince in my life.

Well, that's simply not true. Not even near. Please provide that crap converter.

According to this site...

5mg is equivalent to 25-50mg Oxycodone. This site sounds more correct.

I see, I made a mistake. I put in 30mgs of oxymorphone. Not 5. But still, the withdrawal sucked big time.

I am not doubting the pain you suffered with Opana WDs.
I wonder, however, if the ROA(IV'ed) may not play a bigger role than the Oxymorphone does.

I have loads of experience(unfortunately) WDing from both Opana and OC. I really can't say one is worse than the other They both are pretty damn bad! But I have never IV'ed either I just wonder if this is causing the "extra" pain. Just a thought, though

I thought that myself but from other people's experience I read there seems to be a general concensus that opana has a worse withdrawal. WD sucks period and I couldn't imagine one being worse than the other but this was on a whole other level. Could of been ROA I don't know. The only thing I can compare it to is precipitated WD and 'd have to say it was worse than that. Projectile vomitting for hours and hours. Precipitated WD lasted about 4 hours for me the couple times I been through it but this lasted 14 hours for the worst of it. My stomach felt like it was on fire and in a knot. One odd thing though is that is was almost all physical. No mind fuck like usual withdrawal. Once it was over I felt like I been through hell but didn't have the crushing depression and anxiety. I should of rode it out but didn't. I took 4mgs of suboxone and felt about 60% better, then got a bunch of 15mg roxis and I don't know if it's my metabolism or what but I can take up to 4mgs of sub and it won't block other opiates. I can achieve the same high I usually achieve with the same dosage.

Oh my GOD, worse than precipitated wd? Now thats one hell of a comparison. If that bad, I would make damn sure that "THOSE" weren't what I would be WDing from. Have some OC, dillies, H, etc, that you can transition to, before the actual WDs start.

I'm sorry, but I would do about ANYTHING to avoid precipitated WDs or anything close. That was the WORST experience of my life.
