Okay so ive been taking 5 hour energy a few times a week for about 2 weeks. Before this i was drinking them every day about 5 months ago.
I was wondering if anyone knew if these were dangerous by any means due to the extremely high vitamin b content. They work amazing in my opinion. I eat something healthy ( like a cliff bar) before drinking it and i feel completely stimulated for a good 5 hours. Able to focus amazingly, and my favorite thing about them is they help me socially, which has been a little issue lately due to having a studer and i tend to studder 100% less.
I dont want to burn my liver or my kidneys out by any means. I smoke weed 1-3 times a day. Ive been doing a decent amount of psychedelics over the past year, LSD 30+ sprate occasions, tons of mushrooms. MDMA countless times. Planning on taking a good break for the winter due to a completely shattered ego and HPPD. Overall my health is decent, ingest in a good ammount of Omega-3's and take bee pollen each day.
