Ok, sorry for asking all my questions about dimitri on here and not dmt-nexus, but im not about to write an essay just to ask a question.

Tomorrow im doing a 100g mimosa procedure and was wanting to know if putting the mimosa/lye/water solution together now in an HDPE-2 container would be better than just having it sit for an hour tomorrow.

Also.. are the lids on these HDPE-2 jugs HDPE-2 also? It doesnt say..

And last but not least, I have a jug from about January with some mimosa/lye in it. Is this too old to try another extraction before I throw it out?

from what i gather the best thing to do for what i have is
100 grams mimosa
100 grams lye
1500 ml water
and about 3 70ml warm naphtha pulls

Does that sound legit?

leaving the mimosa/lye/water for longer will help improve yield, as the lye will have more time to break down plant cells.

i believe the lids on HDPE milk jugs are safe HDPE as well, but i'm not entirely sure.

As long as your january jug has been at pH 12+, i don't think anything can grow in it. it should be safe enough to extract.

good luck and send some vibes my way :)

Alright thank you. Thats all i was waiting for so I could go ahead and start.

The positive vibes should be washing up on your karma coastline pretty soon. :)

@willow11 -
Well the Puscifer song INDIGO CHILDREN starts out "EMP from the mother and son" and I was thought of it when I was typing the title. I wish Maynard would have said DMT instead anyway.. that song is so cool.

How could we know? You never told us what brand/model# jugs you're using. :D

(Or are you just using milk jugs?)

High density polyethylene is extremely resistant to highly acidic environments. If you have access to something like concentrated nitric acid, you could throw the lid in there and see whether or not it deforms.

Otherwise, consult the company that produces the jugs and ask them.
