Have you ever tried Japanese mayonnaise with that sort of thing? Their mayo is the best and nothing like the disgusting stuff we Americans make.

when digging through some rubbisge I found my old the postal service cd today.

I was pretty damn excited when I saw it sticking out in a pile of cd's from the past. My first favorite track on this one was The District Sleeps Alone Tonight and I played that one a whole lot.

with the Slipping in of this piece of fine music..

Then I got into the song Such Great Heights

got a new lil jwh blend, and im baked. This gas station by my house has em and they are all so weird. Always the same price , some are 1.5 gs some 2 some 3. But sometimes the 1.5s would weigh 3 gs on my digi at home like wtf? Why would they put 1.5 grams on a 3 gram bag.

So they are hit and miss but todays is good

I would try it! Is it like wasabi mayo?

It's not spicy or anything, it's just made from fewer ingredients, and you can really taste the egg and vinegar (they use apple cider or rice vinegar), it's a much lighter flavor/ less fattening than the stuff us westerners are used to. It also combines wonderfully with soy sauce.

That first track is so nice :)<3

Man that still amazes me that gas stations sell JWH products; half the workers (maybe even more?) probably have no idea what they even are/do lol!

I wonder when/if this trend will make it to Canada; it sure would be nice when out of weed to be able to just go to the gas station for some prime-time stonage! :D

Anyone with more grammatical knowledge than I care to give me a quick run-down of when you are supposed to use "too" instead of "to"? I think I know for the most part, but sometimes I'm unsure.

yeah its crazy , but this one is super close to my house and way cheaper than all the other gas stations, and head shops are like 2-3 times more than any gas station period

"To" is a preposition, which means that it denotes a location, as in "I walked to my friend's house." It's also used in front of verbs in infinitive form, as in "I like to eat rutabagas."

"Too" is a lot simpler, it just means "also" ("You like rutabagas too?") or "excessively" ("I actually don't like rutabagas too much.")

Was there a specific usage you weren't sure about?

What about it puzzles you?

People mixing up then and than is a major pet peeve of mine.

I just keep trying to use the wrong one these days, some sort of brain freeze or such.

Hmm, then or than- you've stumped me there? What is the difference?

I'm not great with plurals; apostrophe S or not....? (i don't like grammar).

"You're playing with your thingy"

does it make sense now?

Yeah. :) But.....oh stuff it.......

There's a gas station near me that sells cheap blends and a looooot of cheap throwaway glass, both weed-style pipes and crack pipes :P They also have ridiculously cheap cigarettes, IIRC (it's been a while, quit a few months back). Yay, Austin!

My favorite grammar / word choice-related pet peeve is affect vs. effect. Bonus points: Nietzschean philosophers like to write about the distinction and relate it to the idea of an active versus reactive world view. According to Nietzsche, all too often we teach ourselves to wait to let other things have EFFECTS and then react, seeing ourselves as basically passive entities caught up in a world of active forces. Instead, we should learn to see ourselves as one of those active forces, and go out and AFFECT things proactively. Think of an artist who creates in order to document the pains they have suffered through, versus an artist who creates in order to give life to some bold and original aesthetic vision. One is reacting and living in resentment; the other is acting and embracing their will to power.

Thus concludes Soli's daily philosophy lesson ;)
