Smokin Brooms

Ok so i know it is not healthy to attempt to smoke mushrooms, like it is very unhealthy, spores can get into your lungs, possible death etc...

But what about through a bong? I mean, i assume any spores being smoked would get trapped in the water. Is smoking shrooms through a bong possible? would it work? would the smoke be insanely harsh?

i dunno, just a thought that has crossed my mind a few times, and i know some of you trolls have tried this, so, what's it like?
 
You can smoke anything that burns out of a bong. You can smoke dirty underpants, dried cat shit, nipple hairs, even dried semen.
 
you can smoke amanita muscaria. Most people say to smoke just the red skin layer, but I've just ground the mushroom up and smoked the whole of it to the same effect as smoking the skins. It produces a light but noticeable buzz that can be loosely compared to a low grade marijuana high. It's nice and adds well to certain herbal smoking blend recipes.

also, why is the thread title smoking brooms? it confused me because you can smoke a type of plant called scotch broom and get the infamous marijuana like effects from it.
 
Sure you can smoke it through a bong.. but will it give you the desired effect, most likely not.

one day my ex-roomate decided he would dedicate a whole day to test the myth that smoking mushrooms could get you high. he wasn't smoking weed at the time so for every bowl, joint, or blunt smoked, hed match it in mushrooms. that wasnt good enough though, he packed mushrooms in a hookah and smoked it to himself for hours and the whole ordeal ended with him smoking a mushroom blunt to the face. needless to say the house smelled a little funky.

moral of the story is, this won't do a damn thing for you but maybe a headache, and a lot of wasted mushrooms that could have been used much more efficiently.

This. Out of all the weird slangs I've encountered you chose the common sweeping implement as a replacement for the word mushroom. Seriously people must sit there going shrooms grooms frooms brooms brooms thats it!

Dont smoke mushrooms. Dont smoke everything you encounter stuff just doesnt work that way.
 
i was thinking it might be a cross of the word bro and shrooms, like if one is brooming it is bros shrooming together.

or maybe he meant boomers?
 
Yeah, I don't know what the obsession is with smoking everything. Even stuff like mushrooms or MDMA which are a massive waste people will stick to the 'smoking makes it stronger!' line.
 
Im fairly certain bongs don't really filter much at all. They make smoking less harsh by cooling the smoke, however the smoke travels through the water in air bubbles created by making a vaccum and sucking air through. I honestly don't think anything gets filtered at all. That said as mentioned above this is irrelevent because you aren't going to die, you're just going to waste a bunch of perfectly good SHROOMs.


Like.. Brooms...? Seriously?

The bane of my existence as well, example : i've heard that the smoke from smoking mushrooms will blind you.

it's based on magic causality. simple thinking
