Is it safe for obese/fat people to take stimulants?

My friend wants to try AMT with me. I know its only a light stimulation, but even so I would be worried.
For reference his resting heart rate is about 100bpm.

Would it be safe for him?
Also, are there any downers you can buy over the counter to reduce heart rate, should the worst happen?

Finally, what dose should I let him have (its the Canadian freebase stuff). I take 15mg but thats because my body is very sesitive to drugs. Im assuming weight is a factor in the dose required for the same effects?

Thanks in advance.

BTW, I searched for "fat" and "obese" but couldn't find anything.

I really don't think the weight has that much to do with it. Its more the person and their heart. Some people react to it well and some have crazy Panic Attacks which can lead to heart issues. Is he the type of guy that is chill or is he prone to anxiety? I ve seen alot of fat and larger people do cocaine, crystal, crack, amt, etc so it depends on the person and making sure the drug is fairly pure would help everyone.

He can get very anxious. But Ill be there (Ive used AMT several times before) and we're going to mix GBL with it, so that should get rid of the anxiety.

I am overweight and have high blood pressure. I recently took Duromine for a couple of months to get some weight off. It had no further impact on my blood pressure. In fact, it came down a little (probably due to the weight loss). I agree that it's a very individual thing but if your friend's bp is relatively normal to begin with then it should be ok to take stims in small doses.

Adding downers means your heart is being whispered to go faster and slower... Think about it. No, it wouldn't be a good idea !!!
