so i have just come upon 5mg blue opana Ir, and white hexagonal 15mg Er opana; i took 5 5mg opana today orally and felt a very mild buzz, even after eating a high fat serving of Mcdonalds fries(large). My question is, what besides shooting would you do for the best high, rectal, snorting?
 
You didnt get much from it because you swallowed it, taking opana orally is wasting the pills, you should have had a very good high with that pill if you had no tolerance, not a 'mild high'. The IRs are so good for snorting too. You really need to blow Opana. I would shave the coating off of that 15mg pill, crush it, and rail it. 5mg's with very low or no tolerance.

I just got excited and remembered reading about them having a high BA if eaten with a high fat meal
I have moderate tolerance
8-10 5mg hydrocodone get me where I like to be
So how much would you reccomend?
 
^High fat meals increase the BA but its still lower than intranasally, intrarectally, etc.

I can't tell you the respective BAs of those two ROA's but I hear good things about the potency of both of them, just remember it will be considerably stronger than orally (snorting is ~2-3x as potent as orally).

I know since taking 5mg's orally was sort of disappointing its tempting to jump up to a higher dose, but there is a world of difference between snorting and eating Opana. Maybe your best bet would be to do half of that 15mg pill, especially if its your last pill, that way you get two solid uses out of it. If you have a moderate tolerance I would say you can maybe do 10mg's, but thats like taking 60mg's of oxycontin if you have any experience with that. 5mg's is like doing 25-30mg's of oxycodone. Theres almost nothing worse than taking too little on your first dose because your first high should be your best high and you ruin it, but Opana is very powerful in those not experienced with it so it can be hard giving an aggresive opinion. Ive seen a few people on here that have got sick off of snorting 10mg's of Opana. Usually they considered Opana as similar to oxycodone and took the same kind of dose.

I would probably do half and half later of the 15mg pill.

all of your advice was very helpful, ive found 3/4 of a 15 is very pleasurable, and ive got a tough stomach so no nausea really

Well, nastynick, to answer your question (from my POV) I would advise insuflating a crushed pill. I acquired 15 X 40mg Opana ERs (OxyMorphone) and split them in half to insuflate 20mgs at a time. Please keep in mind that I do not know your tolerance so start with a small dose, get a feel for it's effects, both + and -, and also do not mix it with other CNS depressants. Within only a few days, I experienced withdrawals like I have never known because I stopped for 1 day (this is after about 4-5 days of use, about 40-60mgs/day). That is how powerful this opiate is. I do have a high tolerance, 6mgs IV Dilaudid +1mg IV Ativan at the ER, walking away from the ER shortly after, 80mgs OC insuflated at the same time... lots of CWE hydro mgs... many other opiates... etc, and I will say that the 20mgs of Opana was the best high I have ever had. It lasted longer than OC and was highly euphoric. IV Dilaudid ranks up there but was a more Hydro vs Oxy (Dilaudid vs Opana) type feeling for me. I would rather 20mgs Opana insuflated than 5mgs Dilaudid IV anyday. Be very careful though because for me, Opana was <3 at first sniff.
 
Snorting one 5mg blue gets me a greaaaaat high, eating has never done much, i know many who bang half a 5mg religiously because its so pleasurable
 
yes that was a good period of time when i was getting those 5's for cheaper than a 5mg vicodin. I cant get them anymore but those opana were fucking amazing
 
I snort my scripted dose every day. Because it works better nasally and for me the analgesia lasts just as long. Also I have to, just to get out of bed in the morning because my back and legs are killing me.
 
As has already been said.... go get yourself another batch of fried from Mickey D's , eat em, wait 20-30 minutes and scrap the coating off of the Opana and rail it. You should be sitting pretty.

I find keeping the coating on is better. Grind it with a pedi egg... I think something in the coating has some IR in it or something. Just my method and thoughts. Everyone does it different but I always get higher just using the pedi egg and grinding it into a fluffy powder.
 
I usually leave the coating on my 40's as well, mostly because I just dont want to take the time to shave it off. Im not sure how much it increases things, but Im sure you lose atleast a little of the drug when removing the coating.

I usually just pop'em in my mouth for a second and wipe off the coating w/ my shirt
 
1st thing you need to do is look up how bad opana er and only ER is to snort the stuff thats in it that makes it gell up.A littel gets in your lungs and stays in your lungs after awille it will feel like you have the flue.Then you cant breath and will die from flem in your lungs you might wont to look it up and its only the ER if you have the round blue 5 or red 10 you can snort all you wont.
