First off shootings pills isn't a good idea, shooting this pill is horrible. I'm surprised that so many people are actually doing this, the article/video makes it seem like an epidemic.
Its gotten me very interested (not in the sense of wanting to do it, but to expand my knowledge). It's interesting that it's an SSRE, and essentially the only drug in it's class. I don't know why this causes the effects it does, or why people enjoy it so much?
I could be wrong, but it shouldn't be effecting any opiate receptors? Also, I don't understand why this is making normal people feel good? A ssri could increase serotonin levels making a person "feel good" but SSRE's are lowering the levels? I just don't have any idea how this is doing what everyone claims to the extent people are losing limbs over this?
I always have researched any drug I've ever taken. I can't find any reason this would be an enjoyable drug, except for people who have serotonin imbalances? Also correct me if I'm mistaken on the functionality of SSREs
As I said, for whatever reason it feels like an opiate. I'd say it is best described as a oxy/tramadol mixture as it last longer than your average opiate. I only got high on it once but I'd take it any day over most other opiates.
And it's a shame to look down on fellow addicts. I bet that if all the opiate addicts in the US were to have no choice during WD's but to shoot up coaxil pills, and the shot was prepared by a coaxil addict who had yet to have any problems with necrosis, then they would gladly do it. They'd tell themselves "well hell, only SOME of the people that are addicted to this drug have serious problems, and I'm only doing this once."
Then it would be "hell, I'm only doing this twice." etc...
Yeah, its incredibly stupid, but I can't say I wouldn't have shot this shit up during the worst of my addiction. Taking 30+ vicodin/apap pills a day with or shooting up black tar is pretty stupid too.
I feel for these people and hope they find peace.
