Stimulants Oxycodone + Adderall = Extremely High Blood Pressure and Normal Heart Rate Help pls

Not quite sure what the best forum is for this post because it involves so many different things but here it goes. Im 25 years old and physically fit with normal Blood Pressure and heart rate. I have been addicted to Oxycodone for about 1 year. I usually takes about 90 mg per day divided in 3 doses morning afternoon and night. I am also prescribed Adderall but rarely take it. Today I took 40 MG of OC in the morning and then 30 MG of OC 4 hours later. About 4 hours after the last dose of OC I took 30 MG of Adderall. About 1 hour into the adderall I started to notice heart palpitations and an irregular heartbeat. So I took his blood pressure which read 197/105 w/ a heart rate of 58 bpm. 20 minutes later bp was 177/95 62bpm and then 20 minutes later 185/92 62bpm. I knows these readings are extremely high but my question is how worried should I be? Thank you for any advice!

You aren't supposed to use "SWIM," from what I garnered by reading rules.

Regardless, tachycardia and high blood pressure are fairly common side effects of adderall. You say you don't take it often, which means you likely have a pretty low tolerance to it. I had irritating tachycardia and my blood pressure went a little loopy for the whole first week I started taking adderall xr for ADD after being off it for years. It's not exactly unheard of.


You are probably just hyper-focussing and making yourself anxious. If I were you I'd just try to relax for a little while, drink some water, take some deep breaths and see if it isn't just a mini-panic attack.

If you are really worried and feel like it is more than that, obviously you should get yourself to a hospital. That's totally your call to make though.
 
SWIM thinks SWIM should maybe go for a late night SWIM, SWIM prefers to skinny dipp when he SWIMS. SWIMS neighbors dont like his SWIMMING
 
Yea OP take these guys' advice. SWIM is also not neccesary on bluelight, it's not allowed.

My advice: don't "speedball" in any way, shape, or form. It is absolutely terrible for your heart and cardiovascular system in general. Do your oxy by itself. Do your adderall by itself. Do NOT mix them.

(And do NOT use SWIM, it's just rediculous on a well-respected site like Bluelight. BTW, using "SWIM" will not save you from getting any criminal charges or being monitered by police, etc. This is a harm reduction site, not a "dude I want to know about something but we all have to use SWIM" site.)
 
please edit the "swim" from your post. we know it's you and the whole swim facade doesn't protect you in anyway.

it seems as though the adderall has heightened your blood pressure.

keep an eye on it over the next few days and if it's still abnormally high go see a doctor.
 
Sorry about the SwIMING guys! Wont happen again! Such a relief using SWIM is sooo annoying. Its been a few days now and im feeling a lot better I am going to the doctor tomorrow to get some bupe. Hopefully end this madness. Thanks again for all your advice!!
 
you are freaking yourself out...enjoy your high.. 62bpm is NOT serious... try 135 bpm (not to dicksize) but you will know when you have crossed the line...

your just fucked up..ride it out and remain calm
 
hahahaha finally, im so glad this site doesn't allow SWIM.

Its so fuking annoying reading "swim does this, and swim thinks that if swim paints blue cirlces that swim will eventually be able to communicate with SWIY"

Its almost become an epidemic... i swear all of these little kids think its "cool" to type SWIM about everything.

Do people get some sort of self-worth by doing it? Does it make you feel like someone cares? that maybe you are a secret agent drug consumer and if you blow your cover the FBI will swing through your windows and helicopters will land of your roofs?

Like if you want to know the truth.. the government, or big brother... or who ever you think is "watching you"actually really doesn't give a fuck about you. You are a petty little peasant, no one is watching you and no, no one gives a fuck about what drugs you do and how you do them.... except maybe your mom and dad.
