I should probably stop whining about having no happy hormones and just handle my responsibilities, otherwise it will only get worse.
yes nearjat, start having positive thoughts, even if you dont feel like thinking them just do it anyway or all the negatives are going to become true only because you dwell on them so much.
Also catfish rivers talked about thinking of a happy image, and i never really thought of this so tried it out when i was feeling really burnt out and down the other day. He said his was walking his dog through a park or the woods. Mine was basically just my dog. She is my best friend im really obsessed with her shes the best thing ever. It really worked though just thinking of her and watching her run around and frollick in a forest started to really calm me down and feel actually good.
I highly suggest this, and if you dont have a dog you should really try and get one if it was possible with your living situation. Its so bad if im even away from her for like two days I get really homesick and miss her. Kind of sad lol.
Also get some exorcise that really does help, set up a routine even if its just going for a walk.
