guys i need to know if reality is created by the mind or if the mind creates reality..

Both and neither sorta....

Consensus reality aside, we exist in a sea of realities.... more than one for each of us, all co-creating together and individually... it's all vantage points and perception.
 
I think it's impossible to know for sure.

We can only theorize. The only way to know for sure is to KILL YOURSELF.

I think you might like this documentary... its called... "what the bleep do we know"
 
^^Nice aswer the guy above you I mean.....go and listen to the song Circus from King crimson, then listen to In the wake of poseidon the song form king crimson...pay close attention to the lyrics :)
 
we all need to know it just as much as you want to. its a question that takes a lot of time to answer. good thing humans get up to 100ish years sometimes.
 
Some of us are puppets, some of us are pulling the strings, if you think you're in control, I feel bad for you son. If you know you're in control throw me a bone of positivity in my nightly program please :)
 
^^^^Some of the theories are sound, alot of it is jibberish you are right. There was alot of knowledge gained by certain people in the 60's rush to take LSD, too many people jumped in too deep too quickly, alot of the new age stuff now a days are those people in their elder years who are trying to explain what the collective means.....good luck explaining it :) Words are mere grunts......masters of language are nothing to me, but masters of music with certain lyrics are everything.
 
You can probably find some good threads and opinions over in P&S

I largely agree with what carbon unit said. It's easier for the sake of society that we act as though there is a singular certain reality that we all perceive, but really reality is (probably) different for everyone. In a way everyone's reality is a complex combination of internal and external stimuli :)
