Roxicet take 1 or 2?

I found 3 roxicet pills at my uncle's house. I'm guessing he got it from the doctor when he had back pains awhile back. Looked up the pill and the dosage is 325mg/5mg. I usually just smoke bud but I figure I stumbled upon these instead of disposing them I figure I'd give them a try. I'm 6'1 230lbs. I just took one and it's been 30 minutes haven't felt much. How long does it usually take to kick in? OR Should I take another one to get a high or would that not be a good move?

Any feedback would be great, thanks
 
Does it usually take long for it to kick in? I'm trying to be cautious with the roxicet because I usually don't take pills.
 
Hey SDforever 420, it's been an hour now. barely feel anything, safe to take the 2nd one based on my height and weight? I read up around the forum saying that depending on your height and weight how many you need to take to get a high from roxicets.
 
take all three at once. an opiate naive persons dose of recreational oxycodone is generally 20mg. and you're a rather big person, so you probably won't even notice much from all three.
 
Have you ever used opiates before? Because if not I am surprised that you are not feeling anything off one pill, when I was opiate naive it only took me 5mg of oxycodone to get floored, and I am a rather big guy (265lbs). But maybe you are one of the unlucky few who do not metabolize opiates to well.
 
Yeah I didn't feel anything with 1. I still got 2 left, should i chew them before I swallow them? I figure I'd chew the first one up and wait 30 min. BigSherm, No I haven't done opiates. first timer.
 
I wouldn't chew them up, it won't hurt you but it can't taste very good. I'd go ahead and just take them both, 15 mgs isn't a high dose even with no tolerance.

lmao right before i read your post i chewed them up and yeah they tasted it very bitter. But chewing the pill before I swallow them, does it help it kick in faster?
 
Usually it helps to absorb into your system faster if you chew them, but I dont think it makes much difference. I hate the taste so I never chew opiates.
 
chewing them up means your stomach can absorb them quicker. kinda like how if you break a pill down to snort, cut it in half and do it in both nostrils, instead of all in one, you'll be covering more ground. that being said, orally, it doesn't really kick in all that much faster. you'd essentially be doing the same thing by just breaking the pills in half and swallowing them. which is what I do with pills when I take them orally, and the only pills I take orally are benzos, or my other medicines that aren't recreational.
