Munchies on the cheap

Any one who is bagging out the mi goreng noodles obviously hasn't had them, or has accidentally eaten the far inferior satay version.

My sister bought one of those hamburgers in a can from her supermarket or maybe a camping store or something, and said it was about mcdonalds quality or slightly lower. Ever since then she's denied that she ate it though so.... it may burn holes in your brain or something.

Those chickens are kept awake for 22 hours a day, because when they are awake they are eating. They go from chickling to size in a couple of weeks, so nasty. Free range for the win.

I like Busty's suggestion... you can't beat fresh food.

dude noodles are like ecstacy - you've abused them too much and lost the magic like me.. you can't expect to be going through 30 packets of noodles a week and expect to enjoy them EVER again.

that first time is amazing and the honeymoon period when you realize you can live for an entire week on less money than you should really be spending on a meal if you wish yo put nutrients in your body. and then the addiction creeps in, the noodles don't just replace lunch.. but now breakfast and soon and your evening meal and before you know it you are dosing round the clock.

the weeks turn into months and you start to forget that other food exists, your vitamin levels are depleting and the scurvy is starting to take hold, the economic advantage of only eating noodles becomes a noodley nightmare. Your body craves real food and you have no choice but to stop being a cheap bastard and eat something else before your poverty based diet ends you.

and thats it. thats when the noodle dream is over. you can never go back. noodles will now have to be your forbidden fruit.

Lmao, that's actually the first thing I thought of when I realised I didn't like them anymore :p

No, no, Satay is the superior version.

As for sushi, fish have so many parasites it's not damn funny.

For instance check out these cool little tentacle things we found living on a fish gill on my ecology field trip. They were still alive well after the fish was dead waving around under the microcope:

I did a parasitology subject in my 4th year in undergrad, it was amazing stuff! They're incredibly tough little critters.

I don't really care how tasty those noodles are, I'm pretty sure the amount of fat and salt in them is going to make me feel like arse for hours after I eat them so I'm just going to have to miss out.

Parasites are pretty interesting. I'm not sure what it was that squicked me so much.

I used to get my mum to make me noodle and tuna pies, that was nice. I would totally eat a mi goreng & macaroni cheese jaffle.

Cereal is expensive as fuck! Especially for the meager amount you get. By the time you get halfway through the box it's all fucking crumbs! Angst at the cereal companies. Best thing ever, maccas crispy snack wrap! Those things are tits

what me and my mates some times like to do is go down to iga, and just get any potato chips that are on special, and any bread thats on special, and make chip sandwich

^ That is win, especially with Salt n Vinegar flavored chips :)

I know you said you didn't want to use anything challenging but does meringue mix count?
It is literally egg whites + sugar and it can be made with no effort at all.
If that doesn't comply, nothing wrong with a 1litre tub of Sara Lee honeycomb ice cream. Bit pricey at around 9 bucks but definitely worth it imo.
Honey is also fucking great to eat straight from the packet, so is white bread.
