4mg. clonazepam & 45mg. temazepam= 110mg. diazepam?

i have 4mg. clonazepam and 45mg. temazepam. now benzo dose equvalency charts say .5mg. clonazepam and 15mg. temazepam are equal to 10mg. diazepam.

so would 4mg. clonazepam and 45mg.temazepam really be like taking 110mg. diazepam?

*also, would this dose kill a comedown or fuck me up?(i have some benzo tolerance)

i would dissagree because different benzos have different properties, and different people react to differently to different benzos... some like xanax, some klonopin, some diazepam.... i have taken 30mg of clonazepam with 5 pints of beer and was not at all sedated, benzoed out, or affected in any way... now thats 600mg of diazepam according to convertion charts... i can catch a good buzz off 200mg diazepam.... or 25mg xanax would have me pretty faded... it just depends on the person... same with lorazepam, some love it, some hate it....

so for me 4mg clonazpam and 45mg temaz wouldn't do much, it might be different for you... how do you react to clonaz?

Diazepam 10mg is equivalent to 0.5mg Clonazepam & 20mg Temazepam. Most accurate information on anything about benzos -> www.benzo.org

So...
4mg Clonazepam = 80mg
45mg Temazepam = 22.5mg
= 102.5mg Diazepam

I don't think conversion charts are very accurate, and even between benzos the effects can vary a fair bit. Can't really answer the full question though. I think it would do both, kill a comedown and fuck you up. I wouldn't want to to that much (tolerance aside) unless I was well into a stimulant comedown.

i have to disagree on that one. i've heard on other sites that temazepam and diazepam are equal by weight(10 to 10), and yes i've heard its 10mg. to 20mg., but 10mg. to 15mg. seems more accurate.

also, temazepam is way stronger feeling even at equal doses, so i just rate equivalency at 10 to 15.

yeah but not in terms of effects and duration, Valium is a very long acting benzo.

I think 110mg diazepam is much more potent than 4mg. clonazepam and 45mg. temazepam (temazepam is very weak (and very overated) for me (I know lot of people found euphoria with Temaz but not me (even with 80 mg Temaz)), then 45mg of temaz is nothing for me)
4mg of clonaz is much more potent but you will fell very tired if you have no tolerance (not recrational at all).

Conclusion : If you have tried 110mg Diazepam without problem you can go safe for your mix

The most accurate benzodiazepine conversion chart you'll find is at www.benzo.org The most info you'll find on anything about benzodiazepines. Please post another link to a conversion chart that says different. I'd be interested in checking it out. All ones I've read say the same equivalence between the two. Most people believe the more sedating or "hypnotic" a benzo, the more potent. That is not true.

But hey, that is your opinion so that's cool. I believe some benzos on charts to be wrong as well. I also believe that 20mg Temazepam isn't equivalent to 10mg Diazepam, I'd say more like 15mg.

Wrong, wrong, wrong. I take Diazepam everyday...it lasts roughly 4 hours. Just because a benzo has a long half-life mean that the duration is longer. Diazepam is in fact shorter than both Lorazepam & Clonazepam. I know this from personal experience and research.
