Need help - horrible experience

Hello,
Last night I attended an event and did my regular routine - ate a big lunch, had a small dinner (I can never eat much on the day of a rave because of nerves, but I try anyway), drank a Vitamin C pack...

Where to start?

From the moment I started peaking from my first pill (blue telephone pokeball), every time I would stand up and attempt to walk, my leg muscles (especially the left ones) would tighten up and after only taking a few steps my left leg would start getting more and more numb. I tried stretching it, walking more on it to see if it would go away... But the only way that it wouldn't get numb was if I sat down. That scared me, so I pretty much had to sit down throughout the entire even, which was very frustrating/debilitating. Has anyone ever heard of this before? What could it be? I didn't even dance/walk that much before I took the pill, I just did what I usually do, so it can't be from that.

Then I took another half, which hit me nicely but did not help the leg situation much... Once I took my next half (both halves were green lightbulb pokeballs), I felt a very weird roll, and was sort of "coming down" the whole time. I attempted to take yet another half, but that made things worse. I puked a couple of times and started getting freaked out (panic attack, pretty much) about my leg and didn't understand why I was not even feeling the halves I took.

Does this mean I need a break?? The last time I rolled, a half gave me a weird roll after taking a whole one as well. But what I don't understand is, a whole hits me as hard as it always has... I've just been having horrible luck with halves lately. I have been rolling once a month for about 2.5 years... With the occasional 2-3 month break.

Sorry about the long message, I just feel really hopeless because e is my favorite drug, and I try to keep it to a minimum but maybe I need to take a longer break? I am so worried the leg thing is going to happen again.

Help guys!
Thanks in advance.

the problem is that when you take drugs like these they always end up in your bloodstream, judging by your symptom (the numbing) it sounds like youve definitely exceeded your limit...not saying you need to stop completely thats obviously not an easy thing to do, but i definitely think you should consider slowing down a bit, to let your body "catch up"

you could have been dehydrated before you dropped. something similar happened to my ex-gf a couple of years ago at a rave where it was 97-100 degrees for most of the day. she was clearly dehydrated and had complications the rest of the night.

yeah good point, i probably drink at least i gallon of water everytime i roll, and of course the daily preparations (eating and drink correctly) its just always been something that all my friends have stressed upon me and others while rolling...

so dehydration could defiintely be a factor

I know exactly what your talking about actually.

This was about 2 years ago and I was rolling with a few friends and my leg went completely numb, mainly my lower half leading to my feet. It was rather annoying and didn't feel like being on my feel much.

Well.....the sad part is, even today, it never really went away! Seriously my leg at random times will start going numb and feel like its hard to relax. It happenes everyonce ina while, and it very horrible.

My advice is if you don't want to get where I am, stop using mdma. Once a month is even way too much.

This is coming from someone who did WAY too much, and am happy im off it, and havent rolled in 10 months, but still to this day get the weird strange numbness randomly.

mdma is an amazing drug, but it is HORRIBLE for you. End of story.

Is there caffeine in those pills? Look up caffeine related numbness and pain.

When I think of numbness the first thing that comes to mind is poor blood flow which caffeine can cause.

Yess those definitely have some caffeine in them! Maybe that's why as well. At an event prior to this one, the leg numbness happened as well, but only towards the end. That I could understand, because my body was tired, but I just don't know why this could happen right off my first pill.

This could be it too, the event was EXTREMELY hot for the most part and maybe I didn't drink enough water before I dropped.

Thanks for the responses!
But do you guys think this could keep happening even after I take a longer break? Like is there a chance that it's going to be a recurring thing? Or do I just need to take better precautions?

Arrghh heavy leg syndrome :D - why does it wait until your at an event and not just hit you when your at home?

I personally dont think its got anything to do with the caffeine in the pills - It happens some times, normally for me it used to be during an event though and not at the start. If your drinking too much at the start you could be getting cramps - try drinking a sports drink to make sure your salt levels etc are at normal. I know it may sound daft but doing some leg stretches before you head out to the event can really help - nothing stupid, just the same you would do before going for a run/doing sports etc.

Bearlove seems to agree that heavy legs are a potential side effect. On the other hand we seem to be talking about untested gear here so it's kind of difficult to know what you actually took.

They are tested clean, both of them.

Buuuuumppppp

Sorry, I just wish more ppl would tell me if you guys think a longer break is a good idea and if you think the leg numbness will be a recurring thing

Helppp :[
