Dihydrocodine equavlent ratio to hydrocodone?

to figure out opiate conversions.

However, how for example, how much dihydrocodine would be equivalent to:

10mg hydrocodone
10mg oxycodone

i think oxy is only slightly more, i may b wrong but i believe 10mg oxy is like 12mg to 14mg hydro.

Yes it's somewhere between 12 and 14, pain relief speaking, but as a rush Idk, never tried, probably keeps the same ratios.

^right and the most commonly cited ratio between oral hydrocodone/morphine to codeine is roughly 10:1 so about 5:1 for those to DHC. Equianalgesically, oral oxy is generally cited as 1:1.5 oral hydrocodone/morphine. These are for pain though, not recreational (which should be similar) and are averages.

10mg hydro would be about 50mg DHC
10mg oxy would be about 75mg DHC.

depends on the person (enzymes and whatnot)

but generally, most people have better reactions to oxy, but that doesnt mean others dont like hydro better

I definitely prefer the hydro high. 70mgs of hcodone equals about 90mgs of oc. This is in my experience. I pop 7 norco's and be nodding hard but I would have to pop 3 30mg roxies to get the same effect. That being said I do think oc is more sociable then hcodone

oxys are more euphoric and the peak feels kinda stimulating imo. i'm not a big hydro or dihydro fan, but they're better than codeine.

I have mixed feelings on the stimulating effects of oxy. I think it mostly stems from people snorting them like they do coke. People have just been classically conditioned to feel stimulated while snorting something. If there is actually a chemical mechanism for the stimulation I would like to hear of it.
