Opioids Got my doc to write me for 150, 10 mg methadones0 best way to use 'em?

Hey, OK, I have pain issues and currently no insurance, so I could not really afford oxys or fetnanyl patches etc...

As a alternative, my dr suggested methadone pills bc they are dirt cheap. so, I'm currently sitting on 150 10 methadone pill.

So my question is, is there a better? way to ingest these other than jut eating? Has anyone on here ever tried to plug/ rail/bang these things and had decent results?

any advice appreciated.

if you want to have a stronger trip, try mixing it with a bendryl or any antihistamine thats sedating or a benzo sorry if i cant be any more helpful i wouldnt suggest plugging methadone

Don't quote me on this, but I believe that insuffulation/snorting is a more efficient route of administration than oral/eating when it comes to opiates. Or you could just take it as prescribed lol

oral methadone bioavibility is good and ranges from 36 to 100%. I would not suggest enzymatic inductors tho as they can EASILY lead to death with this substance!

pregabalin - synergistic effect - you can actually lower your dose of methadone tad and still feel higher. Analgesic effec of its own, decreases Substance B as well. There is no such thing as permanent tolerance with pregabalin. Bad: expensive with no insurrance

Snorting Methadone is not a good idea. It burns like hell.
And for some opiates, snorting has a higher BA, but Methadone isn't one of them.

Plugging works nicely, kicks in a bit faster and harder. Duration seems to be a bit less than oral.
