Opioids Optimizing the IV Oxymorphone rush

So the rush from IV oxymorphone is incredible. However I find if I try to do 2-3 in a couple hours I hardly feel a thing in terms of a rush by the third whereas compared to something like heroin I could do ten. For example I IVed 20mg a few hours ago and was in heaven, 25mg and hour later and got a rush but it was just below the threshold of where it would really hit the spot, leaving me with a sensation comparable to when you loose a sneeze. Then 45 min later I try 40mg and just get nothing.

I do get the legs of the high full force and clear as I sit here winking to fight my cross eyed vision while nodding off. AS a side note I find I get a lot of nausea which is consistent with all doses.

So what are your experiences with doses and how to get the most out of every shot? It's really shitty when you waste a lot of cash because you didn't wait long enough. I would also be interested in knowing what is responsible for the nausea effect- I have a pretty good tolerance and two hours after 20mg and I'm vomiting between the cars of a moving train....
 
the only thing you can do is wait 6 hours at least between shots. As for the nausea I can't help I haven't done much oxymorphone but the few times I have I get nauseous and 1 time I puked which never happens to me with other opies
 
I think you are spiking your tolerance and not waiting long enough between doses. I don't think there is much you can do to kick up IV opana. Kinda like railing oxycontin... the first dose you get a rush but the subsequent doses are just like you mentioned; just a heavy nod without any rush. As for the nausea.. couldn't you just front load some antihistamines or Imodium etc? The nausea effect is present with all opiates but it isn't as pronounced with less powerful substances and routes of administration.
 
Do you think I would feel a hydromorph dose inbetween?
 
try shotting 2 20mil at first and if you puck so what!!! you will be so f#### up you wont care
 
I had a scip for 60 20mil opanas a month and wife called dr. and tolled him what i was doing with them now thay are gone for good

i fnd it hard to believe sumone would do sumthing like this with a powerful opiate surely it dosent die that quick you need to have another hit in a hour after one hit plus your tolerance will go threw the roof and i would think kinda dangerous but im no expert on oxymorphone im not trying to be a dick just concerned about a fellow bluelighter plz be safe
 
as the pain effects of opiates goes up so does nausea?

is it possible to have severe nausea for oxycodone 5mg but no nausea for hydromorphone 1.5mg (the equivalent pain dose)?

Do you mean..."As the analgesic(painkilling) properties of an opiate increase, the nausea caused by said opiate is also increased."???

Everyone is different and respond to different drugs differently....and sometimes people even respond to a drug a different way each time they take it.....so its very difficult to say for sure if something will cause nausea or not, etc.....

but, to answer your question....yes, it is possible to get severely nautious from 5 mg of oxycodone.( but it's only likely to happen to somebody who is opiate naieve).And....at the same time, it is possible for the same person who got severely nautiated by the 5 mg's of oxycodone to not get nauseated by 1.5 mg's of hydromorphone. (allthough, somebody who gets sick from only 5 mg's of oxy, probably would ALSO get sick from 1.5 mg's hydromorphone...)
 
It's hard to imagine you i.v.'ed an equivalent of ~700mg of morphine in a matter of a few hours. That'd be ~400mg of heroin so like 2g of street brown sugar heroin that is of good quality. Even with oxymorphone's short action.

But if you've got such a tolerance, then it's an answer to your question...

oh, even with heroin you need to wait several hours in order to get a rush again. first hit of the day when youre sick......better than an orgasm by far. nice fat .25g shot of good powder. wow been a long time. anyway, yeah you are better off slamming a fat shot and getting high as shit and repeating like 6-8hrs later then wasting your shit with consecutive smaller shots. thats how to shoot coke, not opiates.
 
ok i ate 600mg lyrica a couple hours ago, just toked some jwh-018, and am about ti di a 4mg dillaudid 10mg opana shot- it has been 8 hours since my last dose i'm excited :)
 
oh im weaeing 2 59mcg/hr fentanyl patches. wow the jwh is getting me twisted i did a lot... :)
 
might be time for a break its not worth it to throw up all day and not be high
