Opioids Whats the simplest opioid?

I read somewhere that its methadone

An equally simple one I know is tilidine

but i can't really think of any simpler than this. Is methadone the simplest opioid compound known to man?

I'm interested in what it takes for a molecule to fit in mu opioid receptors. I forgot about lefetamine. Thats an interesting one since it seems to have an equal affinity for dopamine receptors.
