Ethex will only have limited quantities. From another board, someone e-mailed them.

On behalf of KV Pharmaceutical, thank you for your inquiry. Our subsidiary, ETHEX, distributed a limited quantity of the authorized generic to Purdue’s Oxycontin® last October 2009. Only a limited quantity was released; thus, ETHEX is no longer distributing this product. You may be able to find the product at your local Walgreens pharmacy; however, since supplies were limited and they were distributed nearly a year ago, it may be difficult to locate a Walgreens that still has the product on their shelves.

Please discuss any further questions you may have regarding your medication and treatment with your pharmacist or healthcare provider.

^^ I believe that is probably old news. I was at Walgreens yesterday, they have it in stock. The pharmacy I normally used did some due diligence and found that they just started releasing the "Ethex" generics again about a month ago... kinda funny how that is the same time that the new OP's came out. They will be available again soon im sure to many pharmacies, right now, looks like Walgreen's is the only game in town.
 
PLEASE people. This thread is about DEFEATING THE NEW OC TIME RELEASE.. it is NOT about the fucking generics. Take it to another thread (there has been one created for that exact topic). Phrozen has already asked nicely and you all are just fucking ignoring it.
 
dudes and dudetts out there let me get @ u. dilaudid sux unless shot up. i got mad op's rite now and it sux BUT they are fresh @ least. i heard grinding it up then dropping a drop or 2 of acetone on it works(idk if fingernail polish is the best kind of acetone tho cuz idk how pure it is.) they say the acetone eats the plastic property of the op thus leaving behind oxy powder. i did nuke an op 30 for 30 sec. it was whole so it didnt do muck for the consistancy when i ground it up. im apt to believe that if u grind it 1st, nuke it 2nd, then get it chopped up as fast as u can while the plate and chunky ish powder still hot. i may try letting an op 30 soak in a little coca cola and see what happens. ima research that a lil more. hope this info is helpful cuz im there with all yall that mad vexed @ purdue. their hands were forced by our government tho> peace and gud luk all i will be reading on here daily while reading other places like yahoo answers to try 2 contribute to a winning way to defeat purdue. p.s. ive heard also that tha gud 80 will be distributed as generics by a company called essex??? i think essex may have bought or somehow acquired the formula and rites to do that so keep a luk out on that 411 as well> peace e'body and if u took tha time to read this thread then i really appreciate yall!!!
 
i hate to break alot of people hearts ,i just called ethex u can call customer service number on their web-site , it is 888-567-9176 ,they are no longer distributing oxys , they did in the past , what is out there when its gone it will be gone , the rep told me she has taken many calls , so get them while u can cause they will soon be gone , if u want to break it use m e k , i have done it 3 days in a row with great sucess , do not saturate it just get it a little moist and mix thouroghly with a toothpickor whatever , let dry or evaporate for 15 minutes , make sure it is finely ground and mix in a 30 if possible really makes a nice powder , easily tootable nice drip esp. with a 30 mixed in , no taste of chemical i am quite sure it evaporates and leaves what u want , this is last time i am posting this defeats the blue goo , it works and is so easy , a couple more people trying and we could have it down so they would be just like old times , i would not rush out and switch pharmicies , call them and ask , call purdue , there is some stock left but by oct., it will be gone so people get with it and experiment it can be beat , that is what this site is for not to find the last of the effex
 
grafitti - why not saturate it if it evaporates anyway? seems like it would be best to completely soak it. also, have you tried dissolving it in water after the mek treament? does it dissolve without producing slime?
 
Has anyone given any thought or even better researched the effects of MEK? I would be very hesitant to try this without due dilligence if you will. I wouldn't trade cancer or some fucked up shit like that down the road to get high now.
Shit I feel terrible for whoever has made a habit of snorting Opana er without removing whatever is harmful in there. I am actually happy that I never came across any.

Whatever you guys do to defeat the time release please make sure that it is not harmful before you post it (sorry not trying to be a boyscout the site is for harm reduction purposes). I know I found this website by looking about trying to find information on drugs and I used the information I found immediately. Who knows how many people will find this thread and do whatever they can to get high.

Not really I have used opiates for 4-5 years everyday and my life is better because of them. I also know many people who are on pain management and they also experience positive effects from opiates. Now just because that is my experience doesn't mean that is everybodies.

My question to you is : Is OC really causing harm, or is it the fact that people have to lie, cheat, and steal to get their fix because a prescription is hard to obtain?

u do not have to saturate it to take the goo away , so why ? , the less the better , not tried in water i just like tooting one once in a while when i am having super bad day , i have a spinal condition which is gonna have me in a wheel chair in like 5 years they figure , i am totally disabled so i was ,am really bored so i just experimented with very little when i could , i have tried quite a few things and nothing worked , so i just happened to notice that m e k dissolves plastic and evaporates rapidly , so i said what the h , i just put like a half finely ground in a spoon and added a few drops , i did not want a spoon full of goop u know what i mean , to my surprise nothing jelled , and it worked so good , i added just a touch more the second time with better results , as just a little bit of that shit in them and u have goo ,plus adding a 30 really helped making it more powderized , i do not know if it leaves trace amounts of m e k but in my shoes it really does not matter , never put in water yet as i am not interested in that , someone else can forefiet one i almost think it would dissolve as it disapears with no goo in the nose:)

So after feeling pretty decent on two snooted OP40's I decided to chew one OP80..strictly used my front chicklets and broke it into so many pieces I was immensely bored from all the chewing, I then gargled and swallowed with some Pepsi ThrowBack and choked down a BK Buck Double..honestly I felt like I did an Old 80 and a half, and the high lasted for longer then it seemed it used to...hope this helps..im depressed like all of us about this new switch but hopefully it helps those that need it because lets face it some people do not know when to stop

edit: for those who don't know and are scratching their heads M.E.K. stand for Methyl Ethyl Ketone and it is common, don't think you need to be a chemist to obtain it

I know this is gonna make me sound like an idiot or some shit but. I'm soo happy these came out the benifit far outways the bad... What i promise you all will happen is the fallowing. hopfully it will happen as soon as im off probation about 6 month ...

1. The price of Oxy's will go back to somewere around half of what it is. Thus becoming the perfect thing to take when u can''t find some good dope which bring me to

2. dealers who sold oxys are gonna see there not making shit for money thus powder dope will hit every body every place

3. Heroin will b cheaper hopfully down around half the price it is now.

FYI for everyone, Acetone didn't work for me. It gooed up, however I didn;t allow the 15 min. So I swallowed it all with some soda. Feeling good, but not high. Still waiting to get the M.E.K. Went to a local hardware store today and they didnt have it. With the wkend approaching I will be hitting up Lowes or Home Depot to pick some up. Still waiting to try this out Grafitti. Really counting on this to work. Thank you for your discovery.

So if you didn't give it enough time did all of the Acetone evaporate? You didn't ingest any of it did you? J/W,

I'm not sure if Acetone is toxic or not....but this is another reason this is kind of a dick move by Purdue. Think about how many people are going to try ridiculous ways to extract out the oxy to snort. I've heard of people soaking them in gasoline and paint thinner then cooking them, yada yada. So now you've got a bunch of addicts snorting up plastic and whatever else that's been soaked in cooked in all kinds of harmful chemicals. So if the new abuse proof pill in the long end going to be more harmful? Not directing any of this except the first 2 questions at you.
 
From what i rea dont he internet, there is no known serious harmfull effects of M.E.K except in very large doses. Acetone & M.E.K are known to evaporate almost completely from what I heard--- I use to make hash with Acetone and it'd all evaporate leaving the dissolve din the solvent behind.

I tried this M.E.K thing with some shredded OP80.... I put very little in there just to get it slightly damp, waited for it to evaporate, and when I snorted it - it was still gooey and fucked up my nose.

Didn't seem to work at all... was I supposed to use more or let it sit longer, or was this a big sham?
