Opioids 4 Watson 387s?

I was wondering how safe it was to consume 4 Watson 387 (acetaminophen/hydrocodone 750mg/7.5mg) pills in a 2 hour time frame? I wanted to ask because I know acetaminophen fucks with your liver and I think is lethal at higher levels.

just dont use over 4000 mg of APAP. 4 would be 3000mg so its alright

It would not be lethal, but still not good for your liver. Going over 2000mg of acetaminophen in a single dose is definitely not recommended.

I don't mean to be a dick, but the LD50 is totally useless is determining safe dosage for humans. 4000mg is the limit if dosing is SPREAD over 24 hours, 2000mg is the limit for an acute dose (and you should wait 12 hours until another 2000mg dose.)

Plus, your figure for the LD50 is totally wrong (unless you weigh around 14lbs), its somewhere near 800mg/kg of body weight.
