pretty simple for me, not that i use needles but i've gotten them for my friends a couple times.

walk into the pharmacy, ask for a pack of 10cc insulin needles, pay $3, leave. no id, no questions asked.

I tried to get them for a friend and it wasn't so easy. They wanted to know what type of insulin, what pharmacy it was filled at, fill date etc... I just told them to forget it because they weren't for me anyways.

i hear ur pain im in south florida.....mom and pop pharms charge an arm and a leg..the one by me charges $5 for a 10 pack, not $10 though thats crazy....also ive had luck in supermarket pharmacys and there normapl pricing like 1.85 for a 10 pack try ur local grocery story hide your tracks and act confident not hesitant

TN requires a script, which imho is retarded. thats a big reason memphis has one of the highest HIV rates in the nation.

but there is one or two pharmacies that will sell to you if you go in and know what you are talking about and dont bullshit them. i used to go and and tell them i have hep c and dont want to take a chance using dirt needles and they will sell them, only 10 packs at a time but its better than nothing

btw this thread might do better in Basic Drug Discussion or Drug Culture. may want to PM a Mod or Admin and suggest a move

If it's not against the rules....can we post online sites that fellow BL'ers would recommend? I think that would be great info to share. You rpobably save a lot of money buying them in larger quantities too I would imagine.

needle exchange! free and anonymous, doesn't get much easier than that

I have never heard of that in Springfield, OH
However just saying Exchange & Needle together gives my spine chills...
Makes me think of only one thing...
I'm sure you can put it together

(Those who don't get it: I think of like exchanging used needles like my mom (who is a addict) saying here Dust I only used this one once.)

If you hate reading Long posts and avoid them (like I typically do) then FYI you can stop reading my post here, the rest of it is useless and un-important.

I hope I never, for any reason get stuck using someones rig.
I suppose its a personal choice so if I don't want it, then it won't happen but you know how things are with heroin (& quite possibly other substances) you say I'll never or I wouldn't, even on my death bed. Then in the blink of a eye there we are doing it Pretty shitty, huh?

I've never had to sign anything in Illinois or Arizona, but I did have to show my ID once in Illinois, and damn you're getting ripped on prices.

I pay less than a 3rd of what the OP posted for a 10 pack at walgreens, both in Illinois and Arizona.

So this local pharmacy...
I'm not sure if they have a goal to keep users having clean rigs, they just don't care, or rather the managers never trained them to check for legitimacy.

No dude. They know you're a junkie and want your MONEY. $100 a 100 pack? fuckin a man.

I've never had too much trouble this sucks for you bro. In the places I've been without a needle exchange the most I've had to do is walk into a pharmacy and say i forgot to pick up needles for my insulin and act sick like my stomach hurts etc. Many times I don't have to act, though.

Try ordering online.

in my town it can be really hard, they ask a ton of questions, but if i drive 30 mins to the town over they just give me out of free a the needle exchange so I always just driveo ver there

when you go in, don't tell them some story, or that your grandma sent you up there. its not necessary, and probably raises more questions.

just walk in and spout off what you want like you own the place. I walk up to the counter, wait until the clerk addresses me and then I say " can I get a 10 pack of the 29gauge 1CC....half inch"
she says "ok" goes behind a few the wall of pills and comes back with a the walgreens brand needles that come in the little baggy.

I get rigs at my local Walgreens for about
3 bucks for 10. They do make you sign this
piece of paper that supposedly goes
to the DEA.

I'm with Toke up there, don't give them
some bullshit excuse as to why you're
buying them. First off, its none of their
damn business why and going in there feeling
like you have to explain yourself just tips
them off that chances are, you aren't diabetic
and that you most probably aren't using a
1CC syringe for a B-12 shot. :)
