when was your last dose of full agonist doc?
do you have a physical addiction to opioids?

If you've been using say heroin five times a day for the past week and now want to take some suboxone five hours later, it doesn't matter if you shoot, smoke, plug or shove it up your urethra, you'll get prec. withdrawals. If you have no tolerance , or if you've only taken a one day break from your suboxone maintenance, you can shoot that sub whenever you please.
 
i kinda fucked up used like two dimes of heroin on wednesday, took like 60 mg of methadone thurs, and like 10 mg. fri morning. nothing since. at all.
i was taking subs before that and had been for like 3 wks since i quit my heroin habit which was serious.
so its been like 60 hrs or something
 
man, I think you should be ok. Most of that meth is out of your system. The risk with methadone and suboxone is more if you've been on maintenance and have a tone of half lives building up. I would take that suboxone now if I were you, I mean, are you feeling real sick now?
 
i'm feeling kinda shitty but i honestly am beginning to think that the subs took my tolerance down and i am literally less addicted physically to opiates than i was before. so no i am not really sick but i feel crappy enough to try it
 
allright. I don't want to be held responsible lol if you get mad sick. The ideal thing would be to take a bunch of benzo's to get through the night, but if you don't got that, I personally would go for it. good luck!
 
I have taken 12 mgs of subs now and didnt get sick so im good.Im going to get back on my schedule and try not to slip up again but now im running low on weed lol so that sucks.
 
I always wait till I am in withdraw before I dose sub after I do a run of heroin. I dont fuck with methadone but I have read enough horror storys of people Precipatating withdraw after using it that I would wait until you just cant stand it anymore before dosing the subs.

You should probably wait until you are actually in withdrawal first.

Or, you could use a much smaller dose than you are intending to, so that if you do go into precipitated WD, it won't be "hellish".
 
Hey yall so im new to this forum. but I have been on subutex for the past 6 months prior to that i was useing a gram of heroin(IV)a day.for 3 months, prior to that I used oxys up to 3 80's per day for a year(insuffulated).
SO I am curious how I can start to get high off my subutex. I am perscribed 16mg a day but only take 4mg(IV) per day. I break it up into 2 in the morning and 2 at night. but i stoped getting any sort of high from that so i uped my second dose tonight to 4 mg. Pretty much I know that for me to get high off subutex everytime. I will have to get below the Ceiling effect dose which I belive is at 4 mg under the tougne and 3 mg (IV)THe reason I think this is the case is tasgemic is said to have a ceiling of 400mcg. I have never gotten down to that 3 mg a day dose but im sure I can if someone could tell me how long it will b before my tolerance adjusts to the lower dose,so I can then start to get high each time i shoot up.

1. I want to know how long I have to b on that lower dose to have my tolerance come down so I can then get high off each shot throught the day.

2. What Things besides benzos will potentiate The subutex high once I start getting it again.

3.I am curently ON Flexiril, ambein. adderall. and also take methylphenidate. I know the flexiril and ambein are making it nicer but I know there must be more things out there i dont know about.

4.I know about antihistemines but i dont think diphenhydramine is the best one out there but i need it to be OTC.. plus I also cant take anything because I get drug tested 2-3 times a week through the courts.

5. Last thing is I Live in Boston.usa So anything you suggest Needs to be legal and or needs not to show up on a 10-12 pannel drug screen. Im not asking for dealers # or drugs etc I only give the location because in some state/countrys certain things are legal that are not here.

ANy way thank you guys very much I am very excited to see what you guys have to say to these questions. I have scowered the forum before asking and things have been partly anwsered I just would like them to b answerd again so there in one place and more to the point. Thanks again hopfully

CAPTAIN.HEROIN will take it apone himself to take a stab at these Questions. I use to get sooo nice off suboxone but now I just cant and it blows pleas help yall

I think I already answered about how to lower your dosage, and how long it'll take to work...

As for what antihistamines, I use doxylamine succinate tablets, they are over the counter, and a legal sleep aid.
 
not sure if this is the right place but i am new....I just started taking 12 mg subutex daily (stopped iving and started sublingual) im not prescribed by a doctor my x gf just sends me about 40 a month and hav been using them to supplement my habit when i cant get desired opiates....severeal questions...

1) It NEVER takes away my cravings
2) I NEVER get these highly discussed "energy" boosts
3) and within in 15 hours i am waking up in cold sweats
4)and within 24 hours when i wake i feel as if im in withdrawal

anyone experience this? thoughts? ideas?

You just started... wen? Are you still switching back and forth?

If you've been taking subs 12mg at least a week consistantly... then you may be one of the few who needs a dose higher than most others. I strongly advise you to get with a subs dr and get stabilized and then you can take it from there.

Another alternative is methadone... which has a tendency to work longer and is better [my experience] with cravings. Either way... try out a program... especially if you haven't yet gone that route.

is the secret to getting high off iv bupe lowlow doses? do u actually feel more from iving 1-2mg then 4-8?
 
I actually feel more high off of 0.3 mg doses than I do off of 0.7 mg doses...just as I feel more high off of 1 mg doses than I do off of 3 mg doses....but I dont really get high off of any dose over 2-3 mg's.

Do you not know about how bupes metabolite norbupernorphine is a full agonist and how when you take low doses it leaves receptors open for norbupe to bind and get you high because bupe has a higher binding affinity to the receptors so if you take a higher dose the bupe will fill up ALL the receptors and leave no room for norbupe.......basically the lower your dose is, the more room you have for norbupe to bind and get you high/euphorical.

oh...and once u hit 3 mgs...does that mean a.7 dose wont get u high anymore...or can you do that all day long and catch a buzz? ie: i already have 12mgs in my system....will 1 mg get me off or do i just need to wait til tomorowo?
