Opioids Unpressed Opiates -- Black Market?

I was just thinking and became curious. Are there any pharmaceutical opiates like oxycodone, hydrocodone, oxymorphone, etc. that exist on the black market as an (more or less) isolated powder? It seems this would be economical for dealers as they would be able to dilute it to a certain strength, and as a user I would dream of getting instant-acting oxymorphone powder (never seen an IR pill).

Even if it would be very hard to produce these, I'm sure there would be crooked chemists that could, and/or crooked pharmacists that could just divert the pre-compounding powder. Has anyone seen or heard of uncompounded pharm opiates being dealt/produced?
 
The powders are highly regulated at least in the pharm industry and it would be difficult/impossible to divert enough for it to satisfy the needs of even a single user. I just don't think the risk vs benefit would be good enough for anyone with legal access to these. Chemical research might have less oversight and could write off larger losses but I still don't see it being feasible. Definitely would be awesome though. If anyone thinks they have a way of doing it please let us know as I'm curious to the max.
 
For what it's worth I have seen with my own eyes purple capsules with no markings in the past month that were claimed to be 30 mgs of oxycodone. According to the person selling them they were made by a compounding pharmacy. I did not consume any of them because I wasn't sure about their origin.
 
^^If they were made by a compounding pharmacy, then they are not pure opiate powder. I'm talking about the opiate powder that goes into to pain pills (before compounding). For example, imagine railing 5mg of pure oxymorphone powder, what orgasmic bliss that would be.

Oh, and I doubt that pharmaceutical diversion would be the only means to obtain such. If a chemistry student can manufacture high quality LSD (which I read is quite difficult), then I'm sure some are able to extract Thebaine from poppies and semi-synthesize it into something we've known and loved in pain pills.
