Methadone -IV - question

My friend has bag of IV Methadone. Can it be dried out and snorted? Or- what other ways can he use this?? He will not inject anything. Please give me suggestions and precautions. thanks!

Well how much does it say is in the bag?

I'd say no more than 30mg if you have a tolerance. If you don't, 30-40mg can kill you.

I'd start with 10mg, tolerance or not. And don't forget methadone takes at least 2 hours to kick in, so don't redose before the 2.5/3 hours mark.

I thought most of the H addicts were on 100+mg of methadone? Maybe I read something wrong haha...cause thats way off from what I thought. I mean you're probably right, I just don't know much about 'done just subs.

They always start you at a low dose at a clinic (20-40mg) no matter how much of an addict you are. I'm now taking 230mg of methadone daily. I was started at 20mg. During the first few weeks on methadone (20-80mg), it got me high and I had a pretty bad addiction. Now I don't feel anything at all when taking me daily dose.
