Who in the UK has successfully tried DMT extraction?

imo its not that much effort. also when you are evaping the vinegar, if you evap all the vinegar you are left with dmt freebase.
 
The tek says you'd be left with mescaline acetate, which seems right, after all acid (vinegar) + base (DMT) = salt (DMT acetate) + water. (Year 9 chemistry comes in handy sometimes).
 
Still seems like a lot of effort to me, only the first three steps are necessary, there's no need to get acid involved at all. Horses for course though, whatever works for you.

The reason for SWIM not trying the other teks that include petro chems is due to small spaces and lack of ventilation. Food safe method is exactly what its says...food safe.
 
I know what method I'm gonna use, I also know I'm gonna try and use atleast 500g, probably mimosa hostilis.

The idea of a heap of DMT... I'm sure my soul with thank me for it at some point ;)
 
Def. mimosa hostilis, what else would you use? MHRB is an incredibly good source of DMT, 1% yields and no need use acid or to defat? Yes please.

I'm thinking of using acacia's from Australia in the future to see the difference in yield and plant fats and oils etc.

I also think that some of the people getting 1% yields are often using the STB method, thus having a lot of other junk in their DMT despite the fact that they still get white crystals. I got 1.2% yield one time, and they were WHITE crystals, but I assume their must of been something else in there.

Your assumptions are based on what?!?! White crystal or translucent crystal means it is PURE.

Have started my 3rd extraction in the last half hour - good clean wholesome fun. I have some very clean white crystals banging around right now, with some more oily yellow waxy crystals, in a bigger quantity - I have about 1g left...hence making another batch - gonna try my biggest batch yet I think, so I don't run out!
 
I don't think that white/translucent crystals guarantee purity. 100% purity is unachievable anyway.
 
what would be a good small amount of MHRB for a first go? Would 20g be enough?

Just use pure chemicals. Get some heptane/hexane and some sodium hydroxide.
 
Only reason i said that 1% may contain other things was that I got this yield from my first extraction on. It sure did seem pure. 25mg would get you GONE. 40mg would give a breakthrough every time.


I guess that just proves that it really is that damn easy. DO IT everyone, and give it away for free!!!!!!!! I've given away grams and grams of the stuff, its so cheap. Get a kilo of MHRB and you and you're friends will be set for life.

If it's translucent/white crystal it is as prue as you can get it.

OK it might contain some 5-meo-DMT too, I'm not sure - I've read that around 2% 5-meo gets extracted even using naptha, so it's still slightly jungle, but not anything like when you use xylene or limonene.

I say this because if you cleaned it enough, 5-meo would be white too - anything crystallized and pure will be translucent or white - simple.

Looks like you just been doing your extractions very well man, ^ nice one, I'm still learning, have decided to use lighter naptha for recrystallization from now on, after a DIY vacuum filtration.
 
SHOPPING LIST

1) Goggles
2) Protective Gloves
3) 2 x 3 ltr. mason jars (thick)
4) Lye 500g (soap making shop)
5) Swann lighter fluid (250ml)
6) 200g Mimosa Hostilis
7) Small Mason Jar
8) Turkey baster

Use 1g Lye per g of MH and 15ml tap water p gram of MH.

ie. 100g lye, 100g MH and 1.5 lr water.
Mix lye with water first, slowly,
it will heat up

Then add MH, turning slowly to shake for 15 mins

Add the lighter fluid

Leave 2 hours

Turkey baste off naptha into a small mason jar, put this in freezer for 3 days (keep remaining sludge)

From freeezer, pour off lighter fluid back into sludge jar and scrape off DMT onto a plate. Let dry.
Repeat process of basting off naptha and freezing. Easy.

One thing I'll ask, I read somewhere that lighter fluid is not the best choice for the naptha stuff. If it works fine though, I'll be all set.
 
Nevr tried swan lighter fluid, ronsonol was always recomended to me.
If in doubt tip a little bit out onto a flat mirror, if it evaporates clean without leaving a residue it should be fine.
