Mixing several different opioidss together in one shot?

I have been doing this with Opana IR and Dillaudid. It's a really nice combo getting the rush from the dillaudid and the legs of the oxymorphone.
Anything I should watch out for/ who else has done this?

Best shot I ever did .07 of H (Very high quality), 8mg of dilaudid, and 60mg of morphine, all in a 1 cc rig......probably didn't even all dissolve but wow it was a hell of a rush.

mind everyone reading this that I had a huge tolerance and thats easily a fatal dose for even a semi tolerant opiate user...DO not repeat.

But yes combo shots are better than the sum of their parts.

Yes .07 would be smaller than a stamp bag, .7 would be 7 bags pretty much

How does dillaudid rank compared to other opioids? I find that 4mg equal .5-1 bag.`

personally i dont think dilaudid ranks very high against even lower grade H.

a friend once complained because dilaudid wasnt strong enough or long lasting enough (which is true imo) but, my tolerance to both H and other "extra strength" opiates (like dilaudid) was very low at that time so it was ok to me for the time being didnt take long until i was doing h after tho. well kiss my ass because i paid for his pill


anyways, dont get me wrong dilaudid is good and im sure mixing them is great maybe the guy with the elephant tranq dose up there thinks dilaudid is powerful enough to mix with (great?) heroin, personally i think heroin should be the only thing in your right, especially if its that high of quality.

Personally i think dilaudid and H is the best shot ever. And dilaudid can definatly hold its own against even the best H. Obv not on the legs part but dilaudids rush is fucking godly.

oxymorphones got a great rush too, I'd argue its the same or better than heroin. Never tried dilaudid though.

i'd imagine if he was shooting .7 of heroin in a single rig, the added opiates wouldn't have had much of an effect at all..

most likely, at that point 8mg dillaudid becomes like a little extra flavor

^ yeah but what would the point be of mixing those two? they both have intense rushes.
