Regulating heartbeat

What's some ways people regulate heartbeat on psychedelics especially DXM? I'm just asking because mine seems unusually high for being on DXM -_-
 
Quit worrying about it unless you took something that has a susceptible reason to kill you.

If your DXM does NOT contain any other actives and you aren't on a sigma dose, don't sweat it IMO.
 
I dunno... DXM can really get the heart rate up there... I remember the 170+BPM pulse when I was on it... You can take a benzo to level it out a bit... preferably Ativan or Klonopin since they don't really have a "high" of their own.
 
I like to check my pulse sometimes, if I feel its too fast, I just sit down, and have a couple of minutes of slow, deep breathing. Works for me, but you gotta be able to keep calm.
