Is it normal to purchase a kit from ez test and not hear anything back? Like no confirmation of the order or any kind of correspondence?

That is no good, they were supposed to be repairing their image after the issues from a few years back.

I'll PM you the number in an hour when I get to my computer.

See if you can ask them when they will be fixing their site security and post the results here for us.

Thanks so much for that, no answer, i'll keep trying. I assume they are legit? Seems weird to hear nothing back and yes i was worried about the security.... none of the little icons that are usually shown when paying via CC...

They're legit. How long has it been since you sent your payment?
 
The same thing has happened to me before, communication was poor but the product did arrive in a reasonable time.

If you do the payment through the site, rather than over the phone, I am pretty sure from memory it gets processed on a Thursday or something.

It is weird that they won't answer the phone. Try texting them.
 
hi guys, just to get the word out, EZ kits are sold over the counter at most, if not all, Club X adult shops.
thats where i was getting mine, before i gave up hope on MDxx.
 
Dont stress about it mate. I've had correspondance with them since sunday, so they're still operational =P

They dont seem to be in the office every day so you'd be lucky to get them on the phone. Send them an email and I'm sure they'll sort you out as soon as possible.

If you only ordered on sunday I really wouldnt be stressing yet.

Give it a week and if there's still no joy THEN you might have an issue.

ps. 2 day delivery times are rarely that. Combine human error, non-business days, payment processing delays and the "wonders" of australia post then you'd have to be very lucky to actually recive anything within that timeframe.

Just read timestamps lol, bit late to the show. Did you end up reciving your package?
 
Testers arrived yesterday, so took a week and a half, so i'm happy with that! Just not happy with the test result i got! :( Dam pipes! Grrr!!
