I had what appeared to be a seizure after my first time doing ecstasy?

I have no history of epileptic seizures or photosensitivity. I took about one pill (it was powdered at that point) around 8;00PM for the Electric Daisy Carnival last night. Neither me nor my best friend felt any effects for the rest of the night; we thought it had something to do with the fact that it was our first time rolling. The night went on and we kept partying neverteless. Around 3:30 AM I was in fromt of the Pendulim stage, strobe lights were going strong, and there were a lot of colors everywhere on the stage when I suddenly saw a distortion in my field of vision. I was staring at my friend and colors solidified around him like tiles. He was split in half by a beam of blue light, turning him blue, and one of the halves housed his skeleton. Before I knew it I lost all motor function, my eyelids started to open and close in alternation and I started to convulse as I fell to the ground. I felt like I was being electrocuted and we were going to die by some sort of electrical fault (it rained and the floor was wet and muddy). Luckily my best friend noticed immediately what was going on and he pulled me out of the area. As soon as I stepped off the lights, I immediately regained my motor functions and was in complete shock and terror for a while. Apparently I was dehydrated ( I drank about 1 and a half water bottles in the entire night) so I don't know if that was a factor that contributed t the seizure? another thing is I had a recollection of everything that happened, unlike most cases of seizures where the person loses consciousness. Can anyone tell me what the hell happened to me? Did the MDMA have something to do with this? And what of the things I saw, should I go to a therapist? The image is still haunting me and I'm afraid of doing ecstasy ever again, let alone acid and shrooms. Should I go to a neurologist? Thanks.
 
what pill was it? doubt it was mdma was cut with somthin or was straight pipe/or other bad shit u wouldnt have tripped off mdma like that especially 1 pill and mdma doesnt harm u only other shit they put in their pills
 
This happened to me the first time i rolled as well. I was at a roll party and closer to the end of the night i began to hallucinate hardcore, spiders on the walls, cats running around and when i started very clearly seeing people who werent there is when i started throwing up. After that my friends say that i had a seizure and passed out. I mostly blame being dehydrated but i also blame taking 4 pills my first time. Since then certain pills will give me a bad time. If u want to roll again but are unsure i would try out pure mdma it'll be a lot nicer to u.
 
Drugs / strobes / dancing / heat can all play havoc on your mind and make you see a whole range of things (thats why we take them). Chances are you were just tripping out with the lights / experience and if it was me, I wouldnt get too concerned about it.

IF you didnt test your drugs you may have taken something other than MDMA so open eye visuals should be expected. Seeing a therapist is your choice, you were tripping out and saw something that wasnt there - if this bothers you that much then yeah see a therapist but stop taking drugs as its part of the experience.

dude don't spread shit like that, pipes alone won't make you have seizures anymore than MDMA does UNLESS you OD. Idk why people talk about pipes being an adulterant like meth, imo BZP is merely an alternate to MDMA, as the roll can be just as good. The only bad part is that it keeps you up.

Dont spread shit like that pipes are gross im sure most agree with that. :)

I agree that pipes alone woth give you a seizure, we dont know what op took, they'll never know either without a kit and a sample, peopld really need to be more careful.

Yeah probably something they put in the pill. I only took an extacy pill once, and it was absolutely horrid. I just felt cracked out and it ruined the concert I was at. But everytime I take pure Molly I love it and have a great time!
 
ecstasy is street slang name for a pill that purportedly contains MDMA, MDA, MDEA, or a similar MDxx substance. It is MOST desirable to get a pill containing only MDMA. The first pills that were called ecstasy were MDMA. Once it was outlawed, pills began appearing with MDMA plus adulterants like speed, caffeine and other stimulants to stretch out the profit margin for the shady chemists and dealers. These days pills called ecstasy might contain piperazines, research chemicals and things not even closely related to MDxx. So its always a good idea to test your pills.
 
Ah, OK ... Well I'm 43 now and I only took ecstasy when I was 21 or so like a couple of times, it was sorta enjoyable at the time but I started hearing things like it drained your spinal fluid (sorta freaked me out) ... so that was MDMA then? Interesting. My ecstasy days are over. I'm a mom and can't afford to be that 'out of it' anymore. The strongest 'drug' I might could get away with is plain ole weed ... I mean this is Arkansas and a lot of it is strong here. I have to leave the RCs alone now too ... too wiggy for me. I appreciate your honest answer though; thanks.
 
yeah definitely don't take pressies I have found I get the worst side effects from pressies being cut with something... anxiety especially. take .25 of molly and enjoy!!

i meant pipes could have caused him to have a bad trip and he paniced we dont know that he even really had a ceasure as ive seen people have seizures and their mouth poored out blood from them biting their tongue and indeed stop spreading that pipes are good.

molly can be even easier to fake as it comes in all sorts of forms and diff shades of colors
