To be honest im only educated to A level standard of chemistry, which i didnt too well on (spent too much time doing drugs, ironically. Hah) So i cant really synthesize it now. but as it would be completely legal i dont see why it wouldnt be possible to synthesize some given the success of Jimscaline in studies it might be worth considering some tests of my own. Thanks very much for the info's
Basically i was just musing on mdai and mdat, and thought that it would be entirely more logical to have less of a steric hinderance, atleast for information purposes even if they arent successfully active. Although it seems they are.

i guess this stuff is sensitive to moisture because my order had 1 of them silicon ball things to keep stuff dry.

Purchased 2g of MDAT (Hex to 1) for £26inc delivery. 250g is available for £6 a gram from the vendor.
My test subject was a freind who was interested in trying the substance which wikipedia reveals has similar to MDMA effects. I did not try the white powder myself for various reasons which are explained in another thread.
Prior research included reading aforementioned wiki and the contents of this thread only

Question: What does the phrase "(Hex to 1)" mean exactly?
Subject presented clean having not smoked/ingested any intoxicating substances prior to the test.
At first 100mg was weighed out and ingested in a rizla bomb. After aproximately 30-40 mins the test subject described feeling "up" and slightly elated, although there was no MDMA-like rush present. He said that his mind felt "clearer" and heart rate was up slightly.
After 45mins a further 300mg was ingested as we are trying to determine the "Abuse" potential of this drug.
After another half an hour the subject said he was experiencing a definate rush although if one were to rate the rush on a scale of 0(no effect) to 10(1990's Mitzibushi pill) then he would indicate a 3. He expressed an eagerness to try some more and against my better judgement took another 300mg in a bomb again. We had decided that this is not the right type of drug to take nasally.
THe subject returned to playing the guitar and confirmed that music sounds better on this drug. At this level he said that it was a "good buzz" and the high lasted all night after he went home and listened to some music and audiobooks until 7am.
The subject reported the next day that there was no comedown from the drug.
From this experience and from reading the contents of this thread I conclude that MDAT is probably not a drug of abuse as its effects are not as pronounced as Exstasy. It would probably make a good drug to take for depression as its actions on seratonin if I read it right: it makes more serotonin rather than function as a reuptake inhibitor, would sudgest. Prehaps mixing MDAT with an SSRI might make it more potent, but still it would be lower than MDMA and so potential for abuse would still be low.
The large doses needed to get a pronounced effect make it expensive, my test subject needded 600mg to get "high" whereas if taken for depression low doses of 20 - 50 mg may be suficient.
If it does become a drug of abuse then as marketting consultant I would call it "SPIRIT" just because it sounds better than Woof Woof! (A terrible name)
However from the feedback I noted from my freinds trying MDAI by snorting it I decided that it would probably not prove to be a particually successful legal high. (No one liked the salty taste of the MDAI and the high was not very good apparently) I could tell that it was salty from tasting a small amount on my fingertip and there was no way this shit was going up my nose!
So to summerise: MDAT can give you a nice subtle high and percievable rush which enhances music and other experiences. It has no comedown however when rated compared to a good Exstasy pill on a scale of 0-10 it comes in at 3-4 and may not prove to be a good club drug. However as a treatment for depression it could prove very useful if it has not done so already.

I have an idea: how about "MDAT"?
I got some mdat in the post (think a friend overseas sent it to me) but its quite wet and a sort of off white colour, not really sure how to take it? Also smells quite strongly off honey?! Can i just bomb it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I received a order of MDAT today, people say they have white powder, and brown paste, also brown crystal type. Mine came in 2 air tight bags (sealed) inside the inner bagy was a classic sealy bag, with what looks like brown sugar (demerara) with some powder at the bottom, but that was like a ivory colour.
But not trying the MDAT yet as Im smoking this really nice, weird stuff called Ja Rush Ultra (AM-HI-CO brand) possible new form of cannaboid type smoking herb, 2 bongs and head high, body relaxed. Almost like classic UK cheese weed, but not as strong.
Will leave further report on MDAT when I try it

the stuff I got isnt wet, it has a very feint smell of sweetness, maybe yours has been cut with something.
but after snorting methedone my sence of smell has never really been the same.
