DXM comedowns; what to do?

Lately i've been getting shit on by DXM
Usually it makes me really exhausted to the point i cant wait to fall asleep after the trip
but as of late (the past 4 times) i been left wired and ready to do shit
almost as if i were trapped inside a closet for a thousand years and broke out o.o

im just fucking too uppidy, i wish i had a benzo to slow my ass down a bit but none here.

i got some green tea, i think its worth a shot

i've tried some rum, that just made the trip come back and me look at things retarded. x.x;

anytips/advice to make it so i can sleep if i have to wake up early?:x

Hmm... Only thing I can really think of is melatonin but even that is iffy.

yeah im sitting here just drank some "calm tea" and then some "green tea" herbal stuff
got me a little more relaxed. a shower helps at times but i dont know to what extents really
cause i never cared for them,
if i go run around the block i get back home wanting to run some more
so thats a no lol
no one has tips or good advice to make it so you can sleep after some dex? lol i know its rough

A Benadryl or two should help you sleep. They potentiate DXM something crazy, though, so don't take it while you're still tripping unless you want to trip harder and weirder.
