Unfortunately, no. No pill with APAP can be (even remotely) safely injected.

Your best bet for those is an oral ROA, perhaps with an empty stomach for better absorption. Also remember to do a CWE if the total amount of acetaminophen (the 325mg part) exceeds 2000mg for a single dose, or 4000mg spread evenly over 24 hours.

you never want to IV any kind o CWe, no mater how many, not what kind of filters you use.

there will still be trace amounts of APAP in the final solution which is what you want to avoid. please don't do it.

wait until you have some pure oxycodone tabs without the apap, eat dem suckers. though if you're going over the 4000mg mark of apap in a day then it;s advisable to performa cwe for safety

Just do a CWE and eat them. Trying to IV the soulution could be really hazardous to your health like everyone about is saying.

Just like everyone else, I'm going to say is keep those pills far from a syringe. I suppose you could plug a cwe solution, but you definitely don't want to inject acetaminophen.

Unless you have micron filters, there's too much binder to feasibly use 5/325 oxycodone pills for IV.

So, just take them orally.

thank you everyone.... I wasnt really going to do it.... just needed to hear it... rather... see it.... I am actually getting 30 5mg oxycodones w/o the apap in a few days so, that should be pretty nice...
