Problems after MDMA use...

I'm a 17 year old male and a week ago me and a few friends took some MDMA capsules. I'm not sure if they were pure or not but I had 2 capsules and they got me rolling all night. But since that day I have had trouble getting and maintaining erections. I have also realized that my sex drive is almost completely gone, along with my appetite, although I am forcing down the food now. Now this is something I have never dealt with before in my life and I am pretty new to MDMA. I have only rolled about 3 times before this, the most recent being just under a month before this one. Now yesterday I was hospitalized after having a panic attack while smoking weed. I have been smoking weed everyday for 2 years so this panic attack was a real shock to me. I have quit weed now and every other illegal drug out there. I am really worried and stressed out that I am going to have erection problems forever. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this situation is driving me crazy! :(

Also I get somewhat hard erections when I am with my girlfriend and am still able to have decent intercourse and orgasm too, but porn and fantasy don't affect me at all anymore.
 
lol calm down dude. I have not heard of any studies of MDMA causing impotence, or for that matter a lose of interest in sex(just might make it almost impossible to finish while under the influence). Maybe if you were abusing it a lot it would be more reasonable but just relax. Don't take it for a while and I'm sure you'll be good as new.
 
Developing some sort of mental condition can be and often is a side effect of heavy psychotropic drug (weed, mdma, meth, coke, etc.) use. I used to be able to do all of the drugs I just mentioned without any problems until one day in 2005 I got my first full blown panic attack and since then I've been on Xanax and haven't been able to do any of the previously mentioned drugs without taking a large dose of Xanax beforehand.

Also, fantasy and most porn hasn't gotten me hard in a long time. It gets old (in my opinion).

Sexually speaking I don't think anything is wrong with you, but mentally I think you'll continue to have panic attacks from now on whenever you use the drug that gave you the attack in the first place unless you add a benzo to the mix. However, benzos are physically addictive and withdrawal from them can be dangerous so if you do decide to start taking them, try to use as little as possible.
 
Yeah I agree it can get old after a while. But the panic attack is the least of my worries. It can be pretty scary when you have little to no sex drive with a hot naked women ready for sex in front of you. I mean I get hard but it feels like its not 100% and that if I stopped that it would return to its flaccid state much quicker. Also I have noticed that morning wood and random erections are almost non-existant since the roll.

And my doctor has prescribed me Ativan for my panic attacks. It is supposed to relax my mind and body apparently.
 
I have a lot of experience with this problem with MDMA. Hopefully what I share may help you, but keep in mind everyone's response is different.

For me MDMA was usually a sexual experience. My libido was increased for a couple of days after using E, but then it was decreased. It took a few days to come back. Over time my libido decreased more and more each time and it took longer and longer to get it back until before I quit using E I had this sexual side effect for 2 or more months each time after using.

During those 2+ months I would feel nothing sexual. I could get an erection, masturbate and even have intercourse successfully but there was no sexual meaning to it - it was just something to do. It was like all interest in sex was completely gone - porn didn't turn me on and all my usual erotic fantasies and turn-ons didn't do a thing for me.

I don't know if it's psychological or physiological, but for me it's real. Even after quitting I'm still dealing with lingering effects and have recently begun to see a sex therapist for help to understand what might have gone on.

Like I said, we're all different and my deal may be completely different from your deal but my strong advice is that if you have any suspicions that MDMA may be messing with your sex drive then I'd stay away from the stuff. What I'm dealing with ain't no fun at all.

You continue doing whatever it was (weed?) and you continue having panic attacks, believe me you will not be able to function and it'll turn into a huge problem. But since you've been prescribed Ativan (Lorazepam), that should help considerably.

Keep in mind that Ativan and all benzos can cause impotence in some as a side effect.
 
I think it exacerbates the problem in people otherwise disposed to it. For instance, my body produces excess testosterone but not enough of it is freely available to be used leading up to intercourse. Mind you, I still feel everything related to sex, leading up to, during, and after; it's just a problem with utility (inability to get/stay hard).

My solution was to start buying Cialis. Cost effective because one dose lasts three days, and better than other ED drugs in that you have to take less drug to acheive the desired effect.

This may or may not be what you wanted to hear, I just wanted to share my experience with you. I'm not even sure that MDMA caused this problem with me, because my parents were pretty bad with alcohol and drugs from when I was conceived up on until I was born.

How long is this supposed to last? It has been just over a week and my erections have had no progress.

*meth dick. It happens with all amphetamines. Usually goes away when the high is gone.
Everything you're experiencing is completely normal. You just need to let your body recover bruh. =D
I'm your age, it freaked me out a bit the first time too. Try picking up some 5HTP. It will make you feel better.

Btw, you don't know what was in the cap, so you can't know if it was from a cut :/

Its been a week though and still no progress though, is that normal? whats a cut by the way?

A cut is an added chemical or filler used to make a substance last longer. For example, caffeine. You take MDMA and caffine powder and mix them, you now have MDMA, but you also have more total product because the caffeine makes it so that there is more stuff. They can be cut with a variety of things really.
And I'm not a medical professional, so I can't tell you if it's normal to still not be able to get it up. But give it some time, if you jerk it a lot or get a lotta tail, you coulda just over worked your wiener and when you rolled it might have decided it's time to give itself a break. Lol. But in all honesty, you just gotta wait. Your body knows what it needs.
Have you tried taking a Viagra or something?
 
no I havent taken anything like Viagra and I dont plan on it yet. But I was feeling very fucked up the next day as well and didnt eat anything the next day either. And its not that I cant get it up, its just problems getting it to a full hard on and keeping it. Also I dont get alot of pussy and i dont masturbate often. Whatever sexual release I get is from my girlfriend.

Amphetamines are he'll on your body.
And like I said before, that's all normal. It's part of rolling. Pick up some 5htp from Costco and you'll be set. :) take it for a couple days after you roll and your body will recover much faster.
 
Alright I already have some 5htp. Is there a certain time I should take it? like before bed or a meal or something?
 
I'm 165 and im not sure of the mg, a buddy gave me them in a baggy but there legit, not from a dealer lol. There in capsules the size of an average capsule

You can get it at Costco for significantly cheaper. In the capsule form it costs about $20 for 30 caps at 50mgs.
Costco sells tablets at 100mg, in 150 pill bottles for about $15...
I've used both forms, there is no difference between taking two of those caps and taking one of those tabs.
Have you been taking it?
