Drugs and the nausea they produce

By what mechanisms do the following drugs produce nausea in certain individuals:

No, that's crap frankly. Most drugs exert their nausea/emetic promoting effects through dopaminergic and/or serotonergic activity in certain neuronal pathways. It's the same for nausea brought about by chemo and radiotherapy. Alcohol induced nausea is mediated at the gastrointestinal level I think, i.e. it's not a purely central effect like most other drug induced nausea.

there is some area in your brain where the blood brain barrier is particularly permeable. in that area of the brain there are cells that can trigger your gag reflex. when those cells are overloaded with whatever toxin, they tell you to throw up.

there is a name for this area of the brain, and a better explanation, but i do not know either off the top of my head.
