Opioids Tramadol retard (xr/extended release)

how to defeate the time relase on the Lannacher, Sanchez etc etc. Tramadol/Ultram brands. theyre 100, 150 and 200 mg.
are they possible to use recretionally as in take 4 and stay high for longer or take 4 and it wil ltake 12 hours to feel its effects?
what about a way round the time release, is there one for the tramadol tabs?

please share your shories ingesting tramadol retard and if/how You removed the time release mechanism

I was taking the instant 50's and just yesterday started on the 200 sr's. Had some grtapefruit juice in the morning waited an hr dropped one then cwe'd about 300mg codeine another hr later. Had complete pain relief and bout of euphoria for rest of the day and b4 this cwe's weren't doing it 4 me anymore even at much higher doses!
From what I've read here sr's should be the way to go with Trams because of the way it is metabolised.

is it ok to take 5 x 100XR after taking the samount yesterday (felt nothing - 0 zero )codeine througout the day and the last year or so ?
 
so how do you get high on the xr/sr versions? do you just take 800mg or what?
i mean they dont release all at the same time, so how doyou defeat the time release?
