Stimulants can you dry out base to vreate a powder

Hi guys,
Me and some friends have managed to get our hands on some speed for the weekend but its come as a white sticky playdoe like substance - similar to base - and we were wondering if there's a way to dry it out so it can be crushed in to powder and sniffed?

Yes you can, but with variable results. I've never been keen on that base phet - it ain't proper speed unless it's been sulphated in my opinion. If you just leave it out it will dry in a couple of days, but it seems to lose most of its potency. I believe that it's the wetness, i.e. the oil that is the actual amphetamine, the solid is just by-products and cut. Dunno if you're in the UK but proper snortable speed like the sulphate in the 70's & 80's seems pretty damn rare these days.....
