putting 100mg in capsuals

hi all
i have got a RC i would like to split and put in caps and im wondering if anyone has any tips on actually getting the 100mg of pwder in the cap without it going everywhere.
ive got myself what apper to be 300-400mg capsuals they are classed as size 00 so there will be spare room inside

Weigh it out, scoop it up in a somewhat rigid piece of cardboard, fold, then fill.
I don't see the difficulty, but I may have missed something.

What i always did was take a plastic pen like o bic or similar, rip out its guts (ie the actual pen part) and then carefully melt one end to the size of the capsule, and the other end id widen slightly. makes a funnel sorta thing where you just wedge the capsule in one side and use the other side to pour into. saves you weakening you caps with finger oils, losses to spills and shakiness, etc.

thanks i was thinking of some kind of funnel but wasnt sure what to use, a plastic pen sounds like a good idea

rectangle of card or stiff paper folded lengthwise

i always use latex gloves when filling caps, stops them getting sticky and losing their shine

I can't help you with weighing it accurately, but what I do to fill capsules with the powder is fold a lottery ticket in half, and carefully dump it into the capsuls. Lottery tickets work best because the powder wont stick to the paper.

Lets be fair - he was essentially asking if there's a better method than just using folded cardboard because you can lose some to shakiness. Personally I hadn't thought of the pen thing, and I'm going to make one myself now

Get a scale and buy smaller caps ones that will hold about 150mg. Get a scooper fill with powder and dip large piece of cap in powder and pack full. Or get a cap presser you can press 60 120mg caps in a few minutes. very simple
